Kumbhalgarh Fort is one of the most beautiful forts located on Aravali hills in the Rajsamand district of Rajasthan, 85 kms from Udaipur . The construction of this building began during the reign of Maharana Kumbha & later witnessed the birth of the great Maharana Pratap is one of the most beautiful UNESCO world heritage sites. The fort is a marvel of military architecture owing to its location at the height of 1914 meters above sea level & its 36 kms. long wall, the second longest wall in the world after Great wall of China. The most remarkable palace in the fort complex is the Badal Mahal, where Maharana Pratap was born.
