A visit to the Rann Utsav is usually clubbed with a visit to some tourist attractions in Kutch. You could visit the Kala Dungar (the black hills) and India Bridge which are really close to the tent city in Dhordo.

Apart from these places you can also visit Dholavira, Bhuj, Mandavi in the Kutch district. If you are a bird watching enthusiast, then you could spot some rare breeds of birds in here. A very famous place for bird watching is Chhari Dhand.
