100% before 30 days of travel
If booking done within 30 days than full payment to be collected in 2 days of the booking date.

Cancellation Policy

45 – 30 days of the departure date – 1500/- p.p. (in case of Tour booking)
30 – 15 days of the departure date – 25% of the tour cost
14 – 3 day of the departure date – Non refundable
Within 3 Days of Departure 100% of the Tour Cost
Cancellation in Airline tickets will be as per Airline terms and condition.
In case of non-refundable hotel and Hotel deadline cancellation amount will be charged accordingly.
If the booking is for the Peak season i.e. Diwali or summer holiday dates or Sold out dates than 50% of the tour cost OR as per the hotel policy

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax 1961

5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and

20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 7 Lakhs in the same Financial year

(Decleration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years; and the aggregate TDS and TCS of each tax year is INR 50,000 or more - On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, TCS @ 20% will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.

On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 10% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 10% TCS will apply.

Given cost is estimated, based on lowest hotel rates existing as of now. We Don’t Hold Any Confirmation For Hotels. It’s Subject To availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by Passenger.
Check-in time at Hotel is 1400 Hrs & Check-out time is 1100 Hrs.
Your tours and transfers are based on tour itinerary & not at disposal basis.
Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings.
Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Valley Facing / higher category rooms.
Breakfast will start from Day 2 of the itinerary.
Services will be given in exchange of Original vouchers/Itinerary only.
Portages and Driver Tips are extra
Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost.
There is No Refund for un utilized Service
All cost are per person based on twin sharing
Car cost is counted as per children & adults sharing a car
On hilly areas the CAR AC will not work.
During sightseeing the vehicle will go up to permissible point only, from that point any arrangement to be made all extra expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers.
Extra bed in the room means only extra mattress.( no cot )
Any govt. tax levied must be borne by the passengers only.
Pre ponement of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation & accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.
If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best effor

Rates valid for the Indian Nationals only.
Price valid only for mentioning period only.
Price based on minimum pax as mentioned, travelling together at all time.
All Hotels Check In time is 1400 hrs & Check Out time is 1200hrs (Early Check In / Late Check Out is subject to availability & at the discretion of the hotel).
Room availability of above quoted hotels are, strictly subject to change & will check availability & confirm at the time of reporting as a confirmed booking.

General Conditions

Services will be provided only for the number of adults and kids mentioned in the rooming list with passport details.
Charges for RT PCR USD 40 in case if applicable (Eg Departure ) and need to be settle on tour.

Kindly Note:

- Form C should be submitted 02 days prior to arrival
- Insurance will be issued on the date of arrival

N:B

Please note that SLTDA & Sri Lankan government has decided to remove – arrival PCR & quarantine regulation until end of Oct 2021. Hopefully this might extend but if they didn’t do the same, will have to go ahead with earlier given protocols. However Clients can Travel freely as used to with these both options. If they go back to the earlier protocols they will have to be quarantined for 01 night with USD 40 per person for the arrival PCR this would be an optional.
