TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:
TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.
As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package.
In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
To ensure a smooth arrival experience for all passengers, please be advised of our airport transfer policy in our Group Departure.
Shared transfers operate after midnight (for flights reaching at midnight). This allows us to efficiently group passengers heading to similar destinations.
Arrivals before midnight: If your flight arrives before midnight, you will not be included in the shared transfer service. . Airport pick and drop service will only be provided to the customer who have booked such service along with the air package.
In case of any early arrival (before midnight/non-indigo timing), they will have to opt for private transfers at a supplement cost (given in the optional activity).
Hotels & Airlines mentioned in the PDF in only tentative in nature and the actual hotel offered may differ from the one mentioned in the PDF.
In case of rejection of visa, refund will be provided as per the cancellation policy for the package.
In case the payment schedule as mentioned in the PDF is not followed, booking will be cancelled by MMT, after attempting to get in touch with the customer seeking the payment. On cancellation of the booking, the amount paid by the customer shall be forfeited.

Kindly note that the hotels provided in the package are situated on the outskirts of the cities, ensuring smooth inter-city transfer while avoiding city traffic.
In the event that a customer damages hotel property, MakeMyTrip disclaims all responsibility for any fees assessed to the customer, as well as any additional fees assessed for using the room's minibar or for any other costs not specifically mentioned in the vacation package.
In the cases where a third person is also sharing the room, they will be provided with an additional mattress or a roll-away bed.

We offer Indian dinners (if included in the package), but kindly note that there might be variation in taste as compared to the food offered in India.

MakeMyTrip only provide visa service and plays no role in the grant or rejection of visa. The decision for the grant or rejection of visa is at the sole discretion of the concerned embassy/high commission.
In case, transit visa is required by the customer, the responsibility for obtaining the same shall lie on the customer.

In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. MakeMyTrip shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly match their names as per passports. MakeMyTrip will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
Please ensure that baggage and any other upgrade requirements (if any) are given to our Travel Expert latest by 5 days before the date of departure. The cost of such upgrade shall be borne by the customer
Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the concerned hotel
In the eventuality of the selected hotel being not available for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
Kindly be on time for your activities, tours and transfers as stipulated in the handover vouchers (reporting time), since foreign countries are quite strict about following a schedule, else you might miss your services in case of delay from your side and no refund will be provided for these missed activities by MakeMyTrip

Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will process refund & same should reach the guest within 30 days of processing the refund. Also, for any activity which is complimentary and not charged to MMT & guest, no refund will be processed.
We operate group at a minimum strength of 15 pax or else shift to next operational day.
Makemytrip has all the rights to cancel the package and shift to next departure date or customer.
Airport pick and drop service will only be provided to the customer who have booked the package without removing air, or are reaching at night by Indigo flight. In case they are arriving at any other timing, they will have to opt for the airport transfer on private basis at an additional cost.
