General:

• Kindly note that the above rates are only a quote, No rooms are booked or blocked and will be subject to availability at the time of booking. Given cost is estimated, based on lowest hotel rates existing as of now. We don’t hold any confirmation for Hotels/Airline. It’s subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by the passenger.
• Hotel confirmation will give after the 72 hours of booking. If confirmation received on weekend them it will take more time.
• At the time of Confirmation if Hotel rates will change then will update will revise cost.
• If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to another hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect. 
• Above rate is not applicable for any surcharge date. For trade fair and any other surcharge date additional rate would be applicable.
• If any refund it will be processed only by Cheque.
• Tap water is drinkable and absolutely safe in Japan. Hotels do not provide water bottles inside the rooms and Mini bars are chargeable in the rooms.
• During the Sightseeing Alcohol Consumption Strictly Prohibited.
• Porter services are not available in China. So we insist you to carry minimum luggage with four wheeler luggage bags. Only 1 Big bag (15 to 20 KG) per person allowed in Car and Bus and 1 Hand Luggage of 7KG. Passenger have to handle their luggage on their own. If you have extra luggage then please update at the time of booking.
• Internal Flight luggage as per Airline Policy it will be 15 to 20 KG for per person 1 Big Bag and 7 KG for Hand Bag.
• NRI Pax need to inform about their luggage at the time of booking.
• No refund for un-used tours, rooms, meals, and transfer service.
• Due to unavoidable circumstances if we are not able to finish any attraction or tour, there will be no refund.
• The travel time mentioned in the itinerary is general time that the travel takes. It may change according to traffic on roads, weather conditions or any other emergency situation. 
• Schedule may change on arrival and departure days according to arrival and departure time. 
• Porter services are not available in Japan due to shortage of Man power. So we insist you to carry minimum luggage with four wheeler luggage bags. Only 1 Big bag per person allowed in Bus. Passenger have to handle their luggage on their own.
• Above rates are calculated as a Today’s ROE. Any fluctuation in Rate of Exchange may reflect on the tour cost. 
• SIC tour Start Early morning and may be possible you will miss your Breakfast to reach on Pick up point.
• Guide/vehicle services are limited 8 to 9hrs a day for the sightseeing tours. If time exceeds then guests have to pay the additional charges

Accommodation:

• In 3* 4* & 5* check in time 1500 Hrs. & check out time 1100 hrs. 
• Room Rates are based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for any up gradation in room categories.
• In hotels 90% rooms on twin sharing basis (Twin Beds).
• All rooms may not be available on the same floor, it strictly depends on hotel room availability.
• Hotel will give only 1 bottle on arrival day so you have to purchase water bottle on your own. 
• Wi-Fi is chargeable in hotels or hotel apartments.
• Mini Bar is Chargeable in hotels or hotel apartments.
• If package includes breakfast then then all breakfast will be continental throughout the tour. Breakfast will consist of bread, butter, cereals, juice etc. you will not get any Indian items at all in breakfast.  
• All Breakfast at as per Hotel Policy 

Transfers:

• Tour itinerary will be strictly on timings. Please reach at pick up point at least 10 mins. Before your given pick up time. 
• Coach will be with you during your sightseeing only, in your free time we are not bound to serve you a vehicle. For further transportation needed during your free time has to be managed by you at your own cost.
• In PVT transfers timing for sightseeing will be given by our local agent.
• In PVT transfers are point to point basis transfers. Car will leave after drop, if you want car to stay with you, you have to book as per car at disposable rates which is additional.
• If you will take disposal car then it will be for 08 to 09 hours only
• If you will take driver cum guide then it will be for coordination only he or she is not like knowledgeable guide.
• We provide arrival & departure only 1 airport transfers. For any other arrival & departure transfers additional cost will be applicable.
• Arrival and departure transfer totally depend on flight timing if guest will come late night or early morning then we need to give PVT transfer and it will be costly.

Visa:

• Original Passport with old passport: Passport should be valid minimum 6 months from the date of travel, Passport has been issued within 10 years and validity must not exceed 10 years, No hand written passports will be accepted, have at least 2 blank pages.
• 2 recent photograph each (35*45 mm size, white background, Glossy finish & 80% face image, without specs & not used in previous visa)
• Covering letter request for purpose of visit: Original letter with travel plan. If the applicant is submitting the Applications of his/her family, then all applications must include a copy of the covering letter.

Proof of financial status:

• 3 Years Income Tax Return acknowledge page & Computation sheet
• 6 months Bank Statement with bank sign and stamp on each page with sufficient balance 1,50,000/-   per person in A4 Size only

If applicant is Employee:

• NOC letter should address to the consulate / embassy
• Salary Slip of last 6 months or Salary certificate

If applicant is Self-Employee:

• Covering letter format will be print on letterhead with stamp and signature (Flamingo visa team will give you format)
• Any of the registration GST Certificate or any other government registration

If applicant is Retired:

• Retirement letter from Employer
• Pension Payment Order
• Pension passbook

If applicant is Student:

• Evidence of enrolment at school, college or university
• ID Card Copy

If Student or unemployed:

• Parents or legal guardians must provide their personal bank statements for the last 6 months. 
• Personal ITR (only ITR-V, Indian Income Tax Return Verification Form) for the last 3 assessment years along with a confirmation letter of financial support and a copy of their passports.

Children under 18 years old, not travelling with both parents:

• Written consent letter of the other, non-travelling parent or legal guardian, certified by public notary.
• Children under 18 years old, travelling alone: Written consent letter of both parents and legal guardian, certified by public notary.

In all cases: copies of the passports of both parents (legal guardian) or PAN cards or driving license.

If visiting as a Tourist:

• Confirm Hotel bookings
• Return Ticket conformation (If applicable proof of intra-Schengen flight, train itinerary or car rental) our Itinerary with confirmation letter (If you are taking a Schedule Tour)

Airlines:

• Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel prices, change in government regulations, taxes, etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. Our company will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• If any changes come in airfare or any surcharge will be applicable on total tour cost.
• Airline like Spice Jet, Indigo, Fly Dubai, Air Arabia, are LCC (Low cost carriers), so no food and water will be served on board. 
• We will not be held responsible for any delays in airline leading to misconnection of your onward flights. If any airline is delayed or cancelled, our company is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
