Meals:

  • 12 Breakfast (Arrival Day and Departure Day – No Breakfast), 07 Lunch, 05 Local/Packed Lunch, 01 Packed Dinner and 12 Dinners.
  • Breakfast as per the Hotel Policy it will be Chinese/Continental.
  • Lunch and Dinner will be at Indian/Local Restaurant or at the hotel. (Helped and assisted by our chef)
  • Few meals will be packed during the tour.
  • 4 or 5 Meals will be local and on that time no Indian item possible
  • Meal requests will be only Veg or Jain
  • Jain Meals means no onion, no garlic & no potato.

 

Important Note:

  • In China Lunch & Dinner will be early.
  • In China coach working hours is 11 Hours per day
  • Interbank rate additional 0.5 will be applicable in USD Rate
  • Any fluctuation in rate of exchange may reflect on the tour cost.
  • R.O.E will be applicable on the day of payment.

Transfer:

  • High Speed Train Between Shanghai to Yichang, Chongqing to Xian, Xian to Beijing - Second Class Ticket
  • Rest all transfers by Coach
  • We provide arrival and departure only one airport transfers for group. For any other arrival and departure transfers additional cost will be applicable.
  • Group Transfers will be at 04:30 Pm to 05:00 pm from Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG). If You Arrive at A Different Terminal Then You Will Have To Come To The Main Terminal of Group Flight By Your Own. If Flight Timing Differs From Our Group Timings, Then Transfers Need To Be Arranged On Your Own In A Taxi To A Hotel Or Vice Versa. Please Check Flight Timing With Us Before Booking.
  • Group departure transfer will be at 06:30 / 07:00 AM from the hotel to Beijing International Airport.

 

 

Tour Note:

  • Below Itinerary is a tentative itinerary. Final Itinerary we will give you one week before your departure date.
  • Triple Room not possible in Cruise so, please note and need to take 1 DBL and 1 SINGLE ROOM
  • Cruise Sightseeing will be as per Cruise policy and all manage by Cruise.
  • The final itinerary may be slightly interchanged as per ticket availability & time slot of sightseeing.
  • Breakfast in the hotel and it will be as per hotel policy either Chinese / Continental.  
  • There might be 3 or 4 Packed Meals during the tour due to time constraints.
  • For Direct Joining Passengers, if you arrive 03 hours before the group arrives, you will wait at the airport & we will arrange your transfers with the group only.
  • Porter services are not available in China. So we insist you to carry luggage with four wheeler luggage bags. Passengers have to handle their luggage on their own.
  • Please carry 20 KG weight per person (one bag only) in the main bag & 07 KG. Weight per person in a handbag.
  • Due to unavoidable circumstances if we are not able to finish any attraction or tour, there will be no refund.
  • Because of chef assisted Tour, we will provide you 05 to 10 KG weight for per person at Airport Check in counter or before the Check in. So, please pack you bag accordingly.
