TOUR NOTE: 
  • Below Itinerary is a tentative itinerary. Final Itinerary we will give you one week before your departure date. 
  • The final itinerary may be slightly interchanged as per ticket availability & time slot of sightseeing. 
  • Breakfast in the hotel will be as per hotel policy either American Continental.  
  • There might be a 2 or 3 Packed Meals during the tour due to time constraints.
  • Porter services are not available in Egypt due to manpower shortage. So we insist you to carry luggage with four wheeler luggage bags. Passengers have to handle their luggage on their own.
  • Please carry 20 KG weight per person (one bag only) in the main bag & 07 KG. Weight per person in a handbag.
  • Due to unavoidable circumstances if we are not able to finish any attraction then there will be no refund. 
  • If more than 20 pax done in group then only Flamingo Tour Manager will join the tour.
  • Sightseeing, as stated, First Gate Entrance Fee

MEALS: 
  • Breakfast as per the Hotel Policy it will be American Continental.
  • All Lunch and Dinner will be Local/Indian Restaurant and in the cruise
  • Few meals will be packed meals during the tour as per Detail itinerary
  • Few meals will be local and on that time no Indian item possible
  • Meal requests will be only veg.

IMPORTANT NOTE: 
  • In Egypt Lunch & Dinner will be Early.
  • In Egypt Coach Working hour is 9-10 Hours. In between will cover our itinerary.
  • Interbank rate additional 0.5 will be applicable in USD Rate
  • Any Fluctuation in rate of exchange may reflect on the tour cost.
  • R. O. E. will be applicable on the day of payment.
  • Room Size between 18 – 25 sqm in all hotels.

TRANSFER:
  • Transfer by Bus on private basis Luxor to Hurghada.
  • Transfer by Bus on private basis Hurghada to Cairo 
  • Internal Flight from Cairo to Aswan - In Internal Flight 15 Kg check in baggage and 07 Kgs hand luggage is allowed. - Economy class and no meal in flight (Low Frill Airline) – We may divide Group in 2 Flights and time difference will be from 45 min to 1.30 Hours.
  • Rest all transfers by Coach 
  • For Direct Joining Passengers, if you arrive 03 hours before the group arrives, you will wait at the airport & we will arrange your transfers with the group only. The flight option is for reference. Request you to confirm with us before issuing your tickets.
  • We provide arrival and departure only 1 airport transfers for group. For any other arrival and departure transfers additional cost will be applicable.
  • Group Arrival Transfers will be at 05:30 pm from Cairo International Airport. If you will arrive at a different Terminal then you will have to come at Group flight terminal.
  • Group departure transfer will be at 06.30 OR 07:00 AM from Hotel to Cairo International Airport. If your departure Flight will be from Different terminal then you need to manage terminal transfer by your own. 
  • If Flight timing differs from our group timings, then transfers need to arrange on your own in a taxi to a hotel or vice versa. Please check flight timing with us before booking.
  • It may also possible as tour manager will meet you directly at Cairo Airport.
  • If guest are taking Pre stay or post stay then Guest need to manage Arrival and Departure transfer by their own.

CHILD POLICY:
  • Infant: below 1.99 years
  • Child no bed: 02 years – below 5.99 years
  • Child with bed: 06 years – below 11.99 years

CRUISE POLICY: 
  • The cruise program can be changed without prior notice due to navigational circumstances.
