Inclusions

Visa charges of UK & Schengen
Medical Insurance (Up to the Age of 70 years and for the duration of the Tour only. Additional Charges will apply for passengers above the age of 70 years, with medical history and who is traveling for longer than duration of the tour).
5% Government Service Tax (Any increase in GST will increase the Tour Cost. The difference must be borne by the passengers before or after booking is made for the Tour.)

Any Airfare and Airport Taxes to join the Group Tour.

Tips are compulsory in Europe which is 3.00 Euros per person per day so therefore total Euro 45.00 per person is additional to be paid.
Cost of Sightseeing (Except Above)
Any personal expenses i.e. Laundry, Tips, And Phone calls, Mini-Bar etc.
Anything which is not mentioned in Inclusions.
Any surcharge applicable during your travel dates.
No Porterage Included. You have to carry your luggage on your own to your room.
All Museums and Monuments are from outside unless mentioned in inclusions.

2nd Payment 60 Days before departure: 50% Of the Tour Cost
3rd Payment 35 Days before departure: 75% Of the Tour Cost
Remaining Full Payment: 25 days prior to departure 100% Of the Tour Cost

Cancellation Policy

60 days or more before departure: INR 75,000/- per person + If any Ticket Cancellation or Any extra service cancellation applicable
59 to 35 Days prior to Departure - 50 % of the Tour Cost
34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure - 75 % of the Tour Cost
Within 15 Days of Departure - 100% of the Tour Cost

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.

TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.

As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package.

In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
