Important Tour Guidelines :

• Given cost is an estimate, based on lowest hotel rates exist as of now. We Don’t Hold Any Confirmation For Hotels/Airline. It is subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by the passenger
• Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel prices, change in government
• Payment made will be as per the prevailing rate of exchange + 0.50 paisa on the day of your final payment
• Regulations, taxes, etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Room Rates are based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for any upgradation in room categories.
• Coach will be with you during your sightseeing only, in your free time we are not bound to serve you a vehicle. For further transportation needed at your free time has to be managed by you at your own cost.
• We will not be held responsible for any delay in Airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights.
• If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Flamingo Transworld Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
• If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
• Trip to Kazbegi may be postponed or canceled due to weather conditions, as the area is in high mountains and the situation on the road depends on weather conditions.

Georgia Visa Guideline:

Passport: 

• A valid Indian passport with at least 7-8 months of validity from the date of arrival in Georgia. (Original Passport scan copy with all visa stamps and stickers with old passports)

Color Photo:

• Specification 35 mm X 45 mm, 70 to 80% face cover with both the ears visible, no border, taken within 06 months, white back ground, only Studio photos accepted, scanned photos not acceptable.

Evidence of Sufficient Funds:  

• Original 6 months Personal Bank Statement downloaded pdf with sufficient balance per person 2 lac (digital bank statement required) 
• 3 years Personal Income Tax Returns 

Visiting as a Tourist: 

• Hotel bookings
• Ticket Booking
• Tour Itinerary with confirmation letter  

Overseas medical policy (Travel Insurance - Compulsory): 

• Minimum coverage of 30,000 Euro per person, the insurance has to cover the entire stay in Schengen territory, minimum 15 days insurance is mandatory from the travel date

Identity Proof :-

• PAN card 
• AADHAR Card - It would be verified from the Aadhar Card number and OTP
• Applicant Mobile number & email id.
• A credit or debit card to pay the visa fee.
• Please Note that the Georgian E-VISA application process consists of two mandatory steps:
• Completing the Georgian E-VISA application
• 2 Post completing the 1st step please Complete Du Verify application (Additional fees of per applicant is applicable) within 24 hours (link to the Duverify will be sent by email)
• Once the application is submitted, applicants will be required to pay the visa fee and upload documents supporting the application.
