Important Note For Kenya Passengers : 

TRANSPORTATION: 

• In one car, only 6 pax can accommodate at max, so of the number of passengers are more, the cars need to be booked accordingly.
• A local English Speaking Drive come Guide will be available for each Vehicle during your tour for Kenya & Tanzania.
• In Kenya all the vehicles are Non AC so kindly take a note of that.

LUGGAGE:

• The luggage allowance on our schedule flights is strictly 15kgs per person and that soft bags are highly recommended, if not essential.  In light aircraft the baggage area and weight allowance is limited.
• Hard Samsonite type suitcases do not fit into the cargo compartment easily, if at all. 
• Due to limited space available for storage in safari vehicles, we strongly recommend use soft duffle bags rather than hard suitcases.

Note for Road Conditions in Kenya & Tanzania:

• The road situations in Kenya & Tanzania and the surrounding are unpaved roads, and sometimes are tough to pass through even in 4 x 4 vehicles with high clearance. The roads are quite muddy and full of potholes so passengers having any back problems or any issues; are suggested to take precautions accordingly.
• CNB: - Below 12 yrs Child can share the Room with Adult by Paying 70% of Adult Cost
• Above all the rates are base on twin or Triple Sharing basis.
• Payment to be made as per the current rate of exchange on the day of final payment and we charge 0.90p more than exchange rates online
  
• If there is any surcharge in your travelling dates then this rates may change (Peak season surcharges may applicable)

• Services Taxes of 5 % is Applicable on above Total Tour Cost per Passenger
• Yellow fever vaccination is compulsory in Africa
• Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings. Please reach at pickup point at least 10mins before your given pickup time. And make yourself visible to Driver/Coach Captain. Coach drivers cannot wait if you are late. If you are late, you will need to make your own arrangements at own cost.
• International Hotel Check in time 1400 hrs. Checkout Time 1000hrs
• There is No Refund for un utilized Service
• You are not allowed to eat/drink in coach.
• Room allocation -Twin rooms /Double room will be as per the availability at the time of check in.90% of rooms are Twin rooms and there is no guarantee for room with Double Bed.
• Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea facing/Lake Facing Rooms.
• Breakfast will start from Day2 of the itinerary.
• Tap water is suitable for drinking.
• Meals Doesn’t Include any Beverages Hard/Soft drinks, Fruit Juices
• Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. You can contact hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.
• It is recommended to buy Local Sim Card, to make local calls for reconfirmation with coach drivers, operators, and airline office.
• We recommend taking Overseas Medical insurance.
• Portages and Coach Captain Tips are extra
• Baggage Allowance 20 Kg per person for Check in Baggage.5 Kgs for Cabin Baggage.
• For NRI –Passengers staying in India for more than 180 days will have to take Police Clearance Certificate from Commissioner of Police. Passengers are requested to Photo Copy.

• We have currently quoted on the CURRENT park fees and concession fees at all National parks. The park AND concession fees are subject to increase for the year 2025.
• The hotels in Masai Mara and Serengeti may charge bed night levy from next year as per the new rule and it is expected to be $70 to $90 per person per day. 
• All of the above tentative rates are not a part of the costing yet.
• The final costing may change prior to your departure date since all the fees keep changing.
