Untamed Kenya

• The luggage allowance on our schedule flights is strictly 15kgs per person and that soft bags are highly recommended, if not essential.  In light aircraft the baggage area and weight allowance is limited.
• Hard Samsonite type suitcases do not fit into the cargo compartment easily, if at all. 
• Due to limited space available for storage in safari vehicles, we strongly recommend use soft duffle bags rather than hard suitcases.

• The road situations in Kenya & Tanzania and the surrounding are unpaved roads, and sometimes are tough to pass through even in 4 x 4 vehicles with high clearance. The roads are quite muddy and full of potholes so passengers having any back problems or any issues; are suggested to take precautions accordingly. 

• All travelers are required to have a negative PCR COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours before traveling to Kenya. 
• All travelers are required to have a negative PCR COVID-19 test result taken; at most, 72 hours before travelling back home.
• As of 1st Jan 2021 all Visa applications are to be made online through the website: http://evisa.go.ke/evisa.html, there will be no visa on arrival.
• Passengers MUST complete the Travelers Health Surveillance from: https://ears.health.go.ke/airline_registration/
• There is currently no quarantine required for persons entering Kenya.
• It is not required to take a COVID-19 test upon entry to Kenya.
• Visitors traveling to Kenya require a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate before travel.

• Room allocation ­Twin rooms /Double room will be as per the availability at the time of check in 90% of
• rooms are Twin rooms and there is no guarantee for room with Double Bed.
• Room Rates based on Standard Rooms
• Any damages caused in the hotel accommodations by any clients during your span of stay, shall be payable
• by the clients themselves. Flamingo Travels will not be responsible for the same
• Breakfast will start from Day2 of the itinerary.
• Rate fluctuations and or change in the number of persons will affect the cost
• Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost at the lodge
• It is recommended to buy Local Sim Card, to make local calls 
• We recommend taking Overseas Medical insurance (with a COVID­19 coverage)
• Portages and  Ranger Tips are extra

• In such event the client shall be liable for any increase on government taxes or fees.
