Payment Policy
Initial deposit - Rs. 50,000/- to confirm you are booking with us.
2nd payment of Rs.50000/- at least 35 days prior
100% payment to be made at least 15 days before departure.
Cancellation Policy
35 Days or more prior to Departure - Rs.50000/-
34 Days to 07 Days prior to Departure - 75% of the Tour Cost

TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax 1961
5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and
20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 7 Lakhs in the same Financial year
(Decleration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years; and the aggregate TDS and TCS of each tax year is INR 50,000 or more - On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, TCS @ 20% will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.
On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 10% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 10% TCS will apply.

Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them.
Given cost is an estimate, based on lowest hotel rates exist as of now. We Don’t Hold Any Confirmation For Hotels/Airline. It is subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by the passenger .
We will not be held responsible for any delay in Ai misconnecting of onward flights.
If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Flamingo Transworld Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
If accommodation is not available in the iden the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect
