Day wise travel itinerary

  • Day 1 :Arrive Auckland

    Welcome to New Zealand! On arrival in Auckland get transfer to hotel on your own. Auckland’ The City of Sails' inspires both her inhabitants and her visitors with staggering location mild climate and wealth of thing to see and do. Overnight at the hotel.

  • Day 2 :Auckland – Waitomo – Rotorua (Auckland to Waitomo - 194 kms, 02 hr 30 mins; Waitomo to Rotorua - 139 kms, 02 hr approx.)

    Today morning after breakfast, depart for Rotorua. Enroute be transferred through the ever changing scenery onto the Waitomo region where we stop at today’s highlight, your guided tour through the famous Waitomo Glow worm Caves which have spectacular limestone formations and the roof is studded with the lights of thousands of tiny Glow worms, including an underground boat ride viewing the millions of glow worms on the cavern roof. On arrival in Rotorua check-in at the hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

  • Day 3 :Rotorua – Te Puia Thermal Reserve – Agrodome Sheep Show & Farm Tour

    Early morning after breakfast depart for Te Puia Thermal Reserve, famous Pohutu Geyser which erupts 10 to 25 times each day to heights of 16 to 20 meters.  The reserve is also filled with boiling mud pools generated by the extreme thinness of the earth's crust in the area. Agro dome Sheep and Farm tour for a New Zealand farm show featuring sheep dog demonstrations, cow milking and an introduction to the stars of our sheep industry. Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight at hotel.

  • Day 4 :Rotorua – Auckland – City Tour – Sky Tower

    Today morning after breakfast, depart for Auckland City. Upon arrival, proceed for City Orientation Tour. Later visit Sky Tower and enjoy stunning city view from there. Later transfer to the hotel, and check in. Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight at hotel.

  • Day 5 :Auckland – Queenstown (Auckland to Queenstown 1,571 kms 01 hr 50 mins approx)

    After having your breakfast depart to airport for your flight to Queenstown.  Upon arrival, proceed for must do sightseeing or you can opt for Bungee Jumping (time permitting). Later transfer to hotel, check in & overnight at hotel.

  • Day 6 :Queenstown – Milford Sound Cruise (ZQN to Milford – 307 kms, 05 hrs approx. (one way), Total 12 Hrs approx.)

    Early morning depart for Full day tour to Milford Sound. Follow the southern arm of Lake Wakatipu to Lumsden, and onward to Lake Te Anau. Enter the Eglinton7 Valley and travel through the breath taking man made Homer Tunnel to reach Milford Sound. Enjoy a cruise on this world famous fiord, dominated by Mitre Peak and the cascading Bowen Falls. Overnight at Queenstown.

  • Day 7 :Queenstown - Skyline Gondola Ride With Luge Ride – Jet Boat Ride

    After breakfast visit Skyline Gondola ride and enjoy the luge ride - The gondola ride takes you to Bob's Peak perched high above Queenstown.  From here get the best views over picturesque Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu and Remarkable Mountains spread before you in a magnificent panorama. After that proceed for Jet Boat Ride(30mins). Discover Queenstown’s untouched and pristine wilderness during your authentic jet boat journey. Later in the evening enjoy your leisure time. Overnight in hotel.

  • Day 8 :Queenstown- Christchurch – City Tour (ZQN to CHC – 482 kms, 5 hr 53 mins approx.)

    Today morning after breakfast, drive to Christchurch, enroute take a stop at Lake Tekapo to view Church of Good Shepherd. Later proceed for CHRISTCHURCH City Orientation Tour upon arrival, check in and Overnight in hotel.

  • Day 9 :Christchurch – International Antarctic Centre – Tram Ride

    After breakfast, visit the Antarctic Centre to learn about New Zealand's connection to Antarctica. Explore interactive exhibits and experience the icy conditions of the frozen continent. Later, enjoy a Tram Ride through Christchurch, offering a relaxing way to see the city’s landmarks and beautiful parks. Overnight in Christchurch.

Waitomo Glowworm Caves

The world-renowned Waitomo Glowworm Caves occupy a high placing in the New Zealand vacation wish-list. The caves were revealed in the late 19th century by a local Maori chief. They were accessed to the public shortly thereafter with local Maori acting as guides. The glowworm named Arachnocampa luminosa is exclusive to New Zealand.
