• If the booked Vehicle is not available, similar type of car options will be offered at the time of collection.
• A current Driver's License printed in English or an International Driver's License. A valid credit card in the name of the main driver, matching the relevant Driver's License are required at the time of car collection.
• Credit Card under the Driver’s name is mandatory. Cash / Debit Card / Forex Card will not be accepted for Rental Car Deposit
• It is mandatory for children from 6 months of age up to approx 7 years, to sit in a child seat in the car while travelling. ( Cost to be paid at counter )
• Children from 8 -12 years of age OR below 4'9” in height must use a booster seat while travelling in a car ( Cost to be paid at counter )
• If a customer returns a vehicle early no refunds will be given on unused days.
• If the vehicle is lost, stolen, abandoned or damaged during the rental, you are responsible for each incident even when it is not your fault (e.g. other driver’s fault). This liability applies except to the extent.
• One way Fee if applicable needs to be paid directly at the counter . The same is not included in the rental fee.(Range between NZD 200-NZD 500 +GST per rental).
• Booster Seat cost should be paid at the counter only based on availability.
• Rental Car company do not "sell" GPS, rather cars tend to have apple car play/Android Auto where customers prefer to plug their phones in for maps.
• You are responsible for any loss or damage to keys and any accessories on hire. You cannot rely on any Rental Car Cover Option to reduce or eliminate your liability.
• Rental Car Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to you and your passenger’s personal possessions in the vehicle, under any circumstances.
• You should check the vehicle for damage before driving away and record any variations on the Rental Agreement in conjunction with a Rental Car staff member. You are invited to take a time-stamped photograph of the relevant pre-existing damage before leaving the rental location and show a Rental Car staff member.

• Road Tolls, Infringements, Parking Charges
• Road User Charges of Diesel Vehicle are excluded
