Initial deposit - Rs. 50,000/- (Non refundable) to confirm your booking with us.
100% payment to be made at least 25 days before departure. Full payment will be in Indian Rupees as per exchange rate on the date of final payment
45 Days or more prior to Departure - Rs.50000/- + Visa Charges if applied for.
44 Days to 30 Days prior to Departure - 25% of the Tour Cost
29 Days to 16 Days prior to Departure - 50% of the Tour Cost
15 Days of Departure - 100% of the Tour Cost
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025
5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and
20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year
(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.

Given cost is estimated, based on lowest airfare and hotel rates existing as of now. We Don’t Hold Any Confirmation For Hotels/Airline. It’s Subject To availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by Passenger.

International Hotel Checkin time 1400 hrs Checkout Time 1000hrs
Your tours and transfers are based on Seat in Coach Basis. Seat in Coach Transfers departs only at fixed time and stops at different hotels enroute where other passengers may be picked /dropped off. It can be more time consuming , but economical.
Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings. Please reach at pickup point at least 10mins before your given pickup time. And make yourself visible to Driver/Coach Captain.
Coach drivers cannot wait if you are late. If you are late, you will need to make your own arrangements at own cost.
You are not allowed to eat/drink in coach.
Room allocation -Twin rooms /Double room will be as per the availability at the time of check in.90% of rooms are Twin rooms and there is no guarantee for room with Double Bed.
Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea facing/Lake Facing Rooms.
Breakfast will start from Day2 of the itinerary.
Original vouchers /Itinerary will be given on arrival. Services will be given in exchange of Original vouchers/Itinerary only.
If Dinners are booked you will be Given Dinner Vouchers excluding transfers. You will need to make your own way at Restaurant for booked time.
Portages and Coach Captain Tips are extra
Certain Sightseeing are full day about 6- 8hrs tours. Eg Milford sound tour Do not eat much. Do not eat much. Take basic medicines along if you have motion sickness.
Tap Water is Suitable for Drinking
Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. You can contact hotel travel desk counter or book with us in advance.
