Please note: 
  • 2% TCS is applicable on Total Cost Additionally. You shall fall into 20% TCS if your Overseas travel land cost for the current financial year Exceeds Rs.7, 00,000/- per person. 
  • Above costs are per adult on twin share basis.
  • In case if you are traveling single and / or required single room single supplement will be applicable.  
  • Child with Bed / Child without Bed rates based on child sharing room with parents

Accommodation:

  • Please note that all the hotels will be either in Airport area or in the outskirts of the city. 
  • Due to very high season & many trade fairs, we may use hotel in nearby city. 
  • Standard check in time is 1600 Hrs. Therefore, if rooms are not ready by the time we reach, we shall just drop luggage at the hotel and continue with our tour.  
  • Due to Operational reasons, it may be possible that instead of 1 Night at Rovaniemi + 1 Night at Oulu or Kemi there will be 2 Nights at Kemi or Oulu

Meals:

  • Depending on Flight availability and Timings, Flam Train or Flam Cruise or Any Unavoidable circumstances any meal breakfast, lunch or dinner can be packed meal. 
  • In some of the European Cities Soup, Starters and Sweets served are limited.
  • Breakfast is continental and will not have any Indian item or Tea as hotels do not allow outside food.
  • Some of the meals in the itinerary may have Pizzas & Pastas (Dominos or Local Pizzeria) or Sandwich to provide variety of cuisine. The same is not guaranteed and entirely depends on availability. If we are doing this meal Indian Meal or Indian Items will not be available that day. There may be 1 or 2 meals like this in the itinerary with smaller menus.  
  • Please note that due to operational reasons some meals can be in done in Apartment style set up with disposable crockery and cutlery. 
  • Due to Limited availability of vegetables and Indian groceries menus are limited and may have repetition of items. 
  • Passengers are required to carry 1 grocery bag 10 kgs per room. We will make sure that your flight have that allowance 
Internal Flight: 

  • The weight allowance for the internal flights is 20 kg for the checked bag and 7 kg for the hand luggage
ARRIVALS & TRANSFERS
  • Tour manager may meet the group at the exit after Baggage Claim area or at the hotel if there are multiple arrivals. However, either the tour manager or the local representative will be there at airport to transfer you comfortably to your hotel.*Passengers who are not arriving in Pairs with similar timings to Group, Transfer will be arranged but one will have to check themselves in the Hotel. (Transfer will only be provided if minimum of 2 persons traveling together at the time of arrival. Additional Charges applicable for single person’s transfer)
  • We may have to proceed directly from Airport for Dinner or may have to opt for packed dinner due to late arrival of flight or long queue at Immigration. 
  • If the flight is delayed/changed/cancelled, Transfers cannot be changed and passengers will have to take a Taxi to Hotel. There will be no refund for old or new transfers. Only 1 big bag and 1 small bag is allowed per person in any extra transfers booked pre/post tour.
