* (TCS @ 5% on spends towards International Holiday packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and TCS @ 20% for incremental spends beyond Rs 10 Lakhs in the same financial year)

Payment Policy

Initial deposit - Rs. 30,000/- per person require to confirm you are booking with us.
2nd payment – 60 days prior to departure – 50% of the land package
3rd payment – 30 days prior to departure - 100% of the land package
Payment will be collected in INR as per rate of exchange on the respective dates.
Airline cancellation amount and non-refundable hotel amount will require at the time of booking. And if hotel is coming in under cancellation, payment will require before cutoff date.

Cancellation Policy

Visa - Once Visa Apply then visa cost will be Non Refundable
Airline – Cancellation Applicable as per the Airline terms and Condition
Non Refundable Services – If will confirm any non-refundable service then 100% Cancellation charges applicable for that service part (Hotel, Visa, Sightseeing, Train Ticket, Domestic Flight Ticket).
45 Days prior to Travel Date 25% of Total tour cost.
44 Days to 20 Days prior to Travel Date 50% of Total Tour Cost
19 Days to 07 Days prior to Travel Date 75% of Total Tour Cost
Within the 7 Days to Travel Date 100% of Total Tour Cost

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025

5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and

20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year

(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.
