Second instalment will be collect 30,000/-
100% payment to be made at least 30 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

35 Days or more prior to Departure Rs.10000/-
34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 30% of the Tour Cost
14 Days to 3 Days prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost
8 Days to 3 Days prior to Departure 75% of the Tour Cost
Within 3 Days of Departure 100% of the Tour Cost
Tickets are non-refundable for Group & also date change is not possible.

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax 1961

5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and

20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 7 Lakhs in the same Financial year

(Decleration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years; and the aggregate TDS and TCS of each tax year is INR 50,000 or more - On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, TCS @ 20% will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.

On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 10% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 10% TCS will apply.

Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel prices, change in government regulations, taxes, etc charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change with our prior notice.

Coach will be with you during your sightseeing only, in your free time we are not bound to serve you a vehicle .For further transportation needed at your free time has to be managed by you at your own cost.
We will not be held responsible for any delays in airline leading to misconnecting of onwards flights.
If any airline is delayed or cancelled, FLAMINGO TRANSWORLD PVT. LTD. Is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.

Indian tourists can enter the Philippines, through any of Philippines International Airport (Manila, BORACAY, Davao, Clark & Kalibo) VISA free for 14 days if they have valid & current visas to United States of America, Japan, Australia, Canada, Schengen, Singapore, and The United Kingdom.
