Initial deposit - Rs. 25,000/- per person to confirm your booking with us.
100% payment to be made at least 15 days before departure. Payment will be collected in the INR as per ROE of the respective dates when you make the payment.
45 Days or more prior to Departure – Rs.50,000/- Per Person
44 Days to 35 Days prior to Departure – 50% of the Tour Cost Per Person
35 Days to Date of Departure – 100% of The Tour Cost Per Person
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025
5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and
20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year
(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.

Given cost is estimated, based on lowest hotel rates existing as of now. We don’t hold any confirmation for Hotels/Airline. It’s subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by the passenger.

Your tours and transfers are based on Seat in Coach Basis. Seat in Coach Transfers departs only at fixed time and stops at different Hotels enroute where other passengers may be picked /dropped off. It can be more time consuming but economical.
