Payment Policy
Initial deposit - Rs. 25,000/- per person to confirm your booking with us.
100% payment to be made at least 15 days before departure. Payment will be collected in the INR as per ROE of the respective dates when you make the payment.
34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 30% of the Tour Cost
14 Days to 8 Days prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost
8 Days to 3 Days prior to Departure 75% of the Tour Cost
Within 3 Days of Departure 100% of the Tour Cost
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax 1961
5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and
20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 7 Lakhs in the same Financial year
(Decleration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years; and the aggregate TDS and TCS of each tax year is INR 50,000 or more - On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, TCS @ 20% will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.
On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 10% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 10% TCS will apply.

For NRI –Passengers staying in India for more than 180 days will have to take Police Clearance Certificate from Commissioner of Police for which Flamingo will not be responsible Passengers are requested to submit Xerox copy of Passport along with page showing arrival stamp in India.
Given cost is estimated, based on lowest hotel rates existing as of now. We don’t hold any confirmation for Hotels/Airline. It’s subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by the passenger.
Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel prices, change in government regulations, taxes, etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Water is always available at additional charges. No separate water bottle supply during Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. It could be common water Jars as per their policy. Kindly purchase the water for your own usage.
Things to carry : Beach wear, slippers, Sunglasses, Sunscreen lotion, a light sweater, Toiletries, Medicines, Camera Rolls, Tea/ Coffee sachets, Umbrella, windcheater.
Your tours and transfers are based on Seat in Coach Basis. Seat in Coach Transfers departs only at fixed time and stops at different Hotels enroute where other passengers may be picked /dropped off. It can be more time consuming but economical.
Mid night surcharge applicable for all transfer operated between 2300hrs-0600hrs
Room allocation Twin rooms /Double room will be as per the availability at the time of check in. 90% of rooms are Twin rooms and there is no guarantee for room with Double Bed.
Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea facing/Lake Facing Rooms.
Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. You can contact Hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.

It is most important to have International Travel Insurance for the entire period of your stay in foreign country.
