• Room allocation Twin rooms /Double room will be as per the availability at the time of check in. 90% of rooms are Twin rooms & there is no guarantee for room with Double Bed.

• Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. You can contact hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.

• You are not allowed to eat/drink in coach.
• Photographs are compulsory for on arrival visas. Please keep one passport Copy Xerox and one Ticket copy Xerox ready to be submitted for on arrival visas.
• It is always advisable to keep 2 Photographs with you during the journey. Please keep one Xerox copy of your passport with your relative, in India and one Xerox copy of passport with you during the travel.
• It is important and advisable to have International Travel Insurance for the entire period of your stay in foreign country.
• For NRI –Passengers staying in India for more than 180 days will have to take Police Clearance Certificate from Commissioner of Police for which Flamingo will not be responsible. Passengers are requested to submit Xerox copy of Passport along with page showing arrival stamp in India.
• Non Vaccinated traveler Required RTPCR 48 hours before travel.
• WHO approved Vaccine for Singapore – Malaysia tour. 
• On return RTPCR compulsory for non vaccinated.
• Flow Of Itinerary Will Be Finalized Before 15 Days of Departure Date
• It is compulsory to submit PAN Card copy as per RBI rules.

• Original Passport Validfor 06 Months From Date Of Entry In Singapore
• Visa application form. (attached)(incomplet form will not accepted)
• 2, 3 Months Recent Photograph With White Background Matt Finish 80% Face 3.5X4.5CM SIZE. One photo should be paste one application form and anme and passport no. Should be on extra photo. (Scan Photo Are Not Acceptable)(Photo Should Be Not Used In Past Visas)
• Original Covering Letter With Mentioned  Details Like-Full Name As Per The Passport , Passport Number, Work Profile ,Travel Details, Hotel Name ,Purpose Of Travel,Who Will The Bear Expense Of Travel & Applicant Contact Number & Email Id
• Personal bank statement for last 3 moinths.(for first tim traveller). 65000 per person bank balance compulsory
• Hotel confirmation. (for tourist if available)
• Invitation letter from singapore company.(if business)
• Invitation Letter With Inviter Passport Copy And Employement Pass(If Family For Or Friend Visit)
• Return Air Ticket.
• Resident Proof If Pasport Issued From Other Than Maharashtra, Mp, Gujarat, Goa, Cg, And Orissa.
• Processing time 5-7 working days after done the online application. Total cost@3500 (including service charges}
• Birth certificate and education proof(18 below ). In education proof bonofide, id card or marksheet is compulsory.
