In Cruise Gratuity 40 USD Per Person for Inside Cabin & 50 USD Per Person for Balcony Cabin Guest need to pay directly on cruise.

* (TCS @ 5% on spends towards International Holiday packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and TCS @ 20% for incremental spends beyond Rs 10 Lakhs in the same financial year)

Payment Policy

Initial deposit – full INR portion payment at time of booking ( mainly ticket portion )
50% of the Total payment to be made before 20 days of the departure.
100% payment to be made at least 15 days before departure (on or before the time limit of Reconfirmation of booking.Dollar portion payment to be made as per the prevailing exchange rate on the day)

Cancellation Policy

35 Days or more prior to Departure Rs.25, 000/-
34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 25% of the Tour Cost
14 Days to 08 Days prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost
07 Days and beyond 100% of the Tour Cost

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025

5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and

20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year

(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.
