Pursuant to Budget 2026, TCS at 2% shall be applicable on sale of overseas tour programme packages with effect from 1st April 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Income-tax Act.
Payment Policy
Initial Deposit: Rs.50, 000/- to confirm your booking with us.
2nd Payment: 60 days prior to departure: 50% Of the Tour Cost
3rd Payment: 35 days prior to departure: 75% Of the Tour Cost

365 to 45 days before departure: 25% of the total tour cost
45 Days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost
31 Days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:
TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.
As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package.
In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
TOUR COST
5% TCS is applicable on Total Cost Additionally. You shall fall into 20% TCS if your Overseas travel land cost for the current financial year Exceeds Rs.7, 00,000/- per person.
Above costs are per adult on twin share basis.
In case if you are traveling single and / or required single room single supplement will be applicable.
Child with Bed / Child without Bed rates based on child sharing room with parents.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation will be provided in the hotels mentioned in the quotation. In case of unavailability, a similar category hotel will be arranged for your stay.
MEALS
Continental breakfast will be served at the hotel with a limited selection of Indian dishes. Dinner will be arranged at designated restaurants featuring authentic Indian cuisine.
ARRIVALS & TRANSFERS
Tour manager may meet the group at the exit after Baggage Claim area or at the hotel if there are multiple arrivals. However, either the tour manager or the local representative will be there at airport to transfer you comfortably to your hotel.
We may have to proceed directly from Airport for Dinner or may have to opt for packed dinner due to late arrival of flight or long queue at Immigration.
If the flight is delayed/changed/cancelled, Transfers cannot be changed and passengers will have to take a Taxi to Hotel. There will be no refund for old or new transfers. Only 1 big bag and 1 small bag is allowed per person in any extra transfers booked pre/post tour.
