Day 1 :India - Chaing Mai
Arrive Chiang Mai Airport, freshen up at Airport. Later meet your local guide & transfer to CHIANG MAI Hotel & check in to the Hotel. Evening is free for leisure. Overnight is at CHIANG MAI.
Day 2 :Full Day Chiang Rai & Golden Triangle Tour
Experience the tranquility and gorgeous scenery of Northern Thailand. Just as the day is dawning, we’ll depart for a well-paced day of sightseeing. The first stop will be the marvelous Mae Kajan Hot Springs where the naturally steaming water is hot enough to boil eggs. We’ll next visit three countries at once at the Golden Triangle. The countries of Thailand, Burma and Laos meet amid rolling hills. Their borders are defined by the mighty Mekong River’s convergence point with the Ruak River. Soak up the scenery on an optional boat ride along the Mekong River. You’ll also have the chance to learn more about the “golden”, or opium, behind the region’s name. The plant that is the source of many narcotics was once widely grown here. A museum dedicated to opium frankly examines its history, cultivation and damaging effects.

Cancellation Policy

35 Days or more prior to Departure Rs. 8000/- per person.
34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 25% of the Tour Cost.
14 Days to 3 Days prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost.
8 Days to 3 Days prior to Departure 100% of the Tour Cost. (Cancellation in Airline will be as per Airline norms and conditions.)

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025

5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and

20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year

(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.

Guests who have been infected and fully recovered from COVID within 90 days of travel are recommended to carry
Payment made will be as per the prevailing rate of exchange + 0.50 paisa on the day of your final payment
A medical certificate from the doctor that clearly states that you have had COVID on (Date) and you have successfully undergone 7-day quarantine & treatment for Covid as per protocol.
Copy of your earlier RTPCR test within 90 days of travel showing you were tested positive.
Received a Negative COVID test result post the quarantine. *The letter should also carry your Passport details.
In case you are tested positive on arrival, you may produce these documents to the hospital team and there is a good chance you would be issued a medical certificate sharing that despite your positive result, the
positive result falls within the 90 days guideline per CDC for still testing positive and present minimal risk for transmission. The final verdict of course is of the hospital and doctor concerned. This is not guaranteed but
most likely if you present the documents and present your case.
Supporting Documents: The COVID positive Test result, Pre-travel negative test result along with the Medical Certificate issued by your doctor.
For guests who were infected with COVID, outside 90 days before travel, the above will not apply. If they test positive upon arrival in Bangkok, they will be required to go through the full quarantine procedure as
prescribed by the Thailand Government.
Guests staying 5 nights or more, are recommended not to book any tour or activity on Day 5 to accommodate time for the RTPCR test.

WAITING TIME TRANSFER AND TOURS:

SIC Waiting Time: Tours & Transfers: 5 minutes from the arrival of guide/driver for pickup.
PVT Waiting Time: Tours & Transfers: 30 minutes from the arrival of guide/driver for pick-up
Guests should be at the waiting area as per itinerary, at least 5 minutes prior to the pickup start time.
Driver / Guide will leave after the specified waiting time. If the guests are not present at the pickup point, service will be considered a No Show.
