• Guests who have been infected and fully recovered from COVID within 90 days of travel are recommended to carry
• A medical certificate from the doctor that clearly states that you have had COVID on (Date) and you have successfully undergone 7-day quarantine & treatment for Covid as per protocol.
• Copy of your earlier RTPCR test within 90 days of travel showing you were tested positive.
• Received a Negative COVID test result post the quarantine. *The letter should also carry your Passport details.
• In case you are tested positive on arrival, you may produce these documents to the hospital team and there is a good chance you would be issued a medical certificate sharing that despite your positive result, the
• positive result falls within the 90 days guideline per CDC for still testing positive and present minimal risk for transmission. The final verdict of course is of the hospital and doctor concerned. This is not guaranteed but
• most likely if you present the documents and present your case.
• Supporting Documents: The COVID positive Test result, Pre-travel negative test result along with the Medical Certificate issued by your doctor.
• For guests who were infected with COVID, outside 90 days before travel, the above will not apply. If they test positive upon arrival in Bangkok, they will be required to go through the full quarantine procedure as
• prescribed by the Thailand Government.
• Guests staying 5 nights or more, are recommended not to book any tour or activity on Day 5 to accommodate time for the RTPCR test.

WAITING TIME TRANSFER AND TOURS:

• SIC Waiting Time: Tours & Transfers: 5 minutes from the arrival of guide/driver for pickup.
• PVT Waiting Time: Tours & Transfers: 30 minutes from the arrival of guide/driver for pick-up
• Guests should be at the waiting area as per itinerary, at least 5 minutes prior to the pickup start time.
• Driver / Guide will leave after the specified waiting time. If the guests are not present at the pickup point, service will be considered a No Show.

PICK-UP POINT:

• Suvarnabhumi International Airport: Gate 10- International Arrival. Please look for the hotel's representative for Meet & Greet Assistance
• Don Muang Airport: International Arrival. Please look for the hotel's representative for Meet & Greet Assistance
• Hotels: Concierge Desk of the Hotel. In the absence of a concierge desk, please be seated in the lobby area.

BROCHURE ACCURACY

·        All information given in the Brochure /Itinerary / Sightseeing Tours are based on the information available at thetime of publication. We reserve the right to change any brochure/ itinerarybefore or after booking your tour due to any event beyond our control. In caseif we will know about any changes before your departure we will update orcommunicate with you otherwise our Tour Manager or Local Representative willinform you of the changes on the tour. We have provided information to the bestof our knowledge and we will not be held responsible for any inaccuracy in brochure.

HOW TO BOOK

The bookingprocedure is as below

·        Kindly fill our Booking Form and Submit Dully Signed.

·        Passport Copies of First and Last Page of AllPassengers (All Passport Must be valid minimum 6 months valid from the date ofyour return and it’s solely passengers responsibility to check beforesubmission. Any booking which has been action on non- valid passport passengers are liable to pay any chargesincurred due to the same.)

·        Deposit Amount: Rs.50000/- per person to secureyour seat in the Tour and if bookingis within 60 Days of Travel then deposit require as per the payment required onthat particular date as per payment policy mentioned below.

·        Dully Signed Terms and Conditions of Booking.

• The booking procedure is as below;

• Dully Signed Terms and Conditions of Booking.

• Payments are accepted in Indian Rupees only. Payments can be made by Cheque, Bank Transfers, Demand Drafts, Cash and Credit Cards.
• Copy of PAN Card is required if Payment is made by cash and is more than Rs.50,000/- per person.
• If you are paying by Credit Card 1.70% of the amount paid by the card will be charged additionally on and above the tour cost.
