Pursuant to Budget 2026, TCS at 2% shall be applicable on sale of overseas tour programme packages with effect from 1st April 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Income-tax Act.
Payment Policy
Initial deposit - Rs. 50,000/ to confirm you’re booking with us. If you are applying visa with us then you need to pay visa fees additional.
2nd Payment - Rs. 1, 00,000/- 95 Days Prior to your Departure.
3rd Payment – Rs. 2, 00,000/- 60 Days Prior to your Departure.
100% payment to be made at least 45 Days Prior to your Departure.
The USD component will never be freezed. ROE will be considered on the date of payments given, towards USD portion.
45 Days to 30 Days prior to Departure 75% of the Tour Cost
With 15 Days of Departure 100% of the Tour Cost
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:
TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.
As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package.
In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
Rate of exchange will be considered only on the day of final payment from www.xe.com + 0.50 Paisa will be charged on the live price as interbank remittance charges.
Above rates are subject to change with our prior notice.
ROE will be considered on the day when you make final payment.
There is No Refund for unutilized Service.
Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea Facing /Lake Facing / Deluxe / Suite Rooms.
All services of the tour including changes in Schedule of mode of travel may have an impact on tour Itineraries and the company reserves a right to change / modify / vary/ alter in the tour Itinerary and/or tour tariff accordingly.
International Hotel Standard Check in time 1500 hrs Check out Time 1100hrs (New York & Las Vegas check in time is: 16:00 hrs.)
Rooms next to each other and on the same floor will be subject to hotels policy and availability. Flamingo or the tour leader cannot guarantee on the same.
Porterage is not included. The passengers have to carry their own luggage from coach to room and rooms to coach on their own.
Passengers need to pay baggage handling fees of USD 25-35 per check in bag, per flight for internal sectors, levied by airlines at airport if more than 1 bag per person by themselves.
Overseas Medical Insurance is strongly suggestible for your travel.
Final itinerary with hotel and flight details will be mailed to you 3 days prior to the tour date.
