  • Spice Jet in Oct and Nov 2016 plans to launch flights to/from Delhi, Guwahati and Kolkata, 1 daily each.
  • THAI Smile Air during the month of October 2016 plans to operate Bangkok – Phnom Penh service, a new route for the airline.
  • Ethiopian Airlines has revised planned operational aircraft for Cape Town service. The airline’s 4 weekly Addis Ababa – Cape Town – Johannesburg – Addis Ababa and 4 weekly in opposite direction will continue to receive Boeing 767-300ER operation, on/after 01OCT16.
  • Qatar Airways this week is operating Boeing 787-8 aircraft on Doha – Venice route, on limited-time basis. The 787 is scheduled to operate the flight on 15SEP16 and 17SEP16, replacing A330-200/-300 aircraft.
  • IndiGo this week expands domestic operations from Delhi, with a total of 7 daily flights being added on various markets From 12SEP16.
  • Vistara starting next month continues to enhance its network from Kolkata, as it plans 2 new routes to Bangalore and Guwahati From 18OCT16.

  • Hainan Airlines today (12SEP16) opened reservation for its planned Beijing – Las Vegas service, scheduled to commence on 02DEC16. The airline plans to operate this route 3 times a week.
  • Air india will fly from Delhi to san Francisco daily except on Tuesday from 21st Nov 2016.
  • Emirates A380s will starts services between Dubai and Christchurch five times daily from 30th October.
