The altitude of the park varies from 2,350 m to 2,730 m. <p style="text-align: justify; ">Kibber, also Kibber Khas and Khyipur, is a village high in the Spiti Valley in the Himalayas at 4,270 m in Himachal Pradesh in northern India. It contains a monastery and is a base for visiting the Kibber Wildlife Sanctuary. It is located 19 km from Kaza and a bus service connects them in the summer months.</p><p style="text-align: justify; ">Kibber is the last village in Spiti on the traditional trade route to Ladakh and Tibet. One of the earliest descriptions is by botanist Thomson based on his expedition in September 1847. The route crosses the Zanskar range through the Parang La (pass) at an altitude of 5,578 m (18,301 ft). It then descends along the Pare Chu (river) to Hanle and the Indus River. Thomson observed that houses in Kibber were constructed of stone, unlike the mud construction used in the rest of Spiti. He noted that farmers had terraced the hillside for 90 m (300 ft) above Kibber.</p><p style="text-align: justify; ">In earlier times, annual trade fairs were held in Kibber and other locations in Spiti. Traders would come from Tibet, Ladakh, Chamba and Kullu to barter their wares. With the closing of the Indo-Tibet border, these fairs have lost their historical purpose</p>

<p style="text-align: justify; ">Chicham Bridge is located in Spiti Valley, a high-altitude desert region in the Himalayas that is part of the Lahaul and Spiti district of Himachal Pradesh. Located at a height of around 4500 meters above sea level in the Himalayan mountain ranges, the Chicham Bridge is said to be the world's highest suspension bridge and is one of the most spectacular bridges of the world. The bridge is situated across a deep gorge around 1000 feet in height.</p>

<p>A large painted statue of the Buddha sits in front of the new monastery on a hill above the village. The statue faces west, out over the Spiti valley and shows the Buddha making the gesture of touching the earth.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Nako Lake is a high altitude lake in the Pooh sub-division of the Kinnaur district. It forms part of the boundary of Nako village and seems that the village is half buried in the lake's border. It is about 3,662 metres (12,014 ft) above sea level. The lake is surrounded by willow and poplar trees. Near the lake there are four Buddhist temples. Near this place there is a footlike impression ascribed to the saint Padmasambhava. Several miles away there is a village called Tashigang around which there are several caves where it is believed that Guru Padmasambhava meditated and gave discourse to followers. There is a waterfall nearby which has snow water falling like a river of milk. Legend says that it is a heavenly realm of fairies. In one of the caves you are still able to see the live footprints of these fairies or other demigods. It is a sacred place for the people of these valleys. Followers come from as far a place as Ladhak and spiti valley.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify; ">There is a very interesting story associated with this temple of Tanrada Maa. Supposedly, construction of NH-5 started after India China war when Indian Army realised that we need to build more roads to connect to our boarders to provide supplies timely to soldiers on boarder. During that, Army started building this road and at one point progress got halted for many days. Worker deaths started increasing with every passing day and that created tension amongst force working on building this road. During that time, people of Taranda village reached out to their deity &amp; they recieved recommendation to built a temple at this particular spot. I am sure you can find specific details about this story on internet, but I found it interesting and it seems, even today Army contributes reasonably for regular activities at Taranda Maa temple.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify; ">Temple situated on Hatu peak is one of the main temples in Narkanda region of Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. Hatu, being a common tourist place and must go place for bikers, has an important significance in this region. We didn't only get Jain food but we got full Gujarati dish "Shikhand Puri", "Pani Puri", "Puran Puri", and many Indian dishes, it was really very surprising for us. The hotels provide by them for stay were also so good. The tour manager Devarshi Mam itself was so supportive. We never realized that tour manager is with us she was like our family member. She was so friendly by nature and knowledgeable person to guide us. Thanks to FLAMINGO.It was our excellent dream trip. I would rate 5 stars out of 5.

<div>With flamingo tours, it was our 1st trip which is made a memorable one. Our tour manager Mr. kushal shah is just perfect guide.</div>
<div>On the very first day <span style="font-weight: bold;">Mr. Kushal shah</span> wanted us to have a great bonding amongst each other so that we get the best experience possible. He always tried to serve the best food and at the proper time. The thing that was best in him was that he always shared some or the other things related to the place we were visiting in an interesting manner. Mr kushal shah tried to give information about the place in an easy language understoodable by every participant and never meant to behave partial with anyone. A negative or say a sad point&nbsp; was that the Orlando hotel which was felt comparatively poor quality. We were given quality shopping time and he also enlisted what activities are to be done in parks that are the best in that particular part. It was overall a very good and unforgettable experience.&nbsp;</div>
