  • Day 3 :Gokarna
This morning after Breakfast, explore the beaches of Gokarna visit below beaches. To travel from one beach to another, you can either take a boat or trek through the hills in Gokarna. They are far less crowded and commercial than Goa. However, these are not coral beaches so their identity is far different than those of Thailand or the Philippines. A road connects all the beaches on top of the cliff.  Half-moon Beach: Similar to Om beach, Half moon beach also borrows its name from its visual semblance. The beach is a semi-circular formation covered by rocks on all sides. While you can trek here, you can also reach this beach by boat. Half-moon beach is sparse and far from the crowd. You can enjoy bathing in the waters since the waves are usually quieter in this part due to its shape.  Paradise Beach:  It is lovely & very secluded. A handful of people only venture so far. However, paradise beach is a great camping spot. You will find some very offbeat natural ways of living in the area including a few treehouses. Kudle Beach: It has an international vibe during peak season. A hippie flea market often takes place in the evenings on the beach, followed by drumming and live music around a bonfire. It’s the most populous beach with buzzing activities. OM Beach: The beach name comes from its shape formed by natural rocks in the shape of ‘Om’ (A holy Hindu word and concept). Om beach’s popularity also rose with the establishment of Namaste Café, the first of its kind. Evening enjoy the sunset at Om Beach. Return back to Hotel/Resort. Dinner and Overnight stay at Gokarna.

  • Day 4 :Gokarna
This morning after Breakfast, visit Mahabaleshwar temple & Gokarna Beach. Perhaps one of the reasons Gokarna is so popular with spiritual seekers is that the beach itself is contained within a rocky promontory in the shape of an Om symbol. Sunset along this coast is routinely spectacular as the sun sinks into the Arabian Sea. Mahabaleshwar Temple: It’s an ancient Hindu temple built by Mayura Sharma, who ruled this region in the 4th century AD and belonged to the great Kadamba Dynasty. Since from the ancient times many rulers of these regions visited here. Since then this temple was called as the Dakshina Kashi of the south region of India. The main shrine is the Atmalinga and an idol of Shiva is kept in the inner sanctum. The sanctum is only accessible to Hindus of Indian origin. However, everyone can still see the temple. The Maha Shiva Ratri in the month of February is celebrated here with special poojas and rituals.Gokarna Beach: Gokarna beach is the town’s main beach. It is located near the Mahabaleshwar temple. This is where all the locals go to enjoy a swim on a hot day or to carry out any holy rituals. Often the pilgrims take a bath in the seawater to cleanse before visiting the temple. Return back to Hotel/Resort. Dinner and Overnight stay at Gokarna.

The name of the city Mangalore is derived from this temple itself. Situated in Bolara, Mangalore derived its name from the Goddess Mangaladevi, also known as the Deity Shakti. The temple has a beautiful historical influence from the 9th century. The shrine is that old and connects the ancient religious norms to the current rituals. The architecture of the temple reflects on the typical Kerala style temples. It is ideal to visit the temple and witness the Navaratri festival celebrations which is just amazing. Every year special pooja is being performed during Navratri and Dussera.
