Day wise travel itinerary

Day 1 :Arrival at Agatti Island - Bangaram
On arrival at Agatti airport, our representative will assist and transfer you to Bangaram Island by boat. On arrival, check in to resort, have lunch and take rest for the day. In the evening, you can explore the nearby beach by walk and enjoy the sunset. Back to hotel for dinner. Overnight stay at Bangaram Island.

Day 2 :Bangaram - Thinnakara Excursion (Direct Payment at the Resort) & Leisure
Post breakfast; proceed for an Optional half-day excursion to Thinnakara Island. Thinnakara is a small uninhabited island in the same atoll of Bangaram, watch the turtles in the lagoon, enjoy the serene beach and water sports activities and go back to Bangaram Island. After Lunch, free for leisure and back to hotel. Overnight stay at Bangaram Island.

Day 3 :Bangaram – Days for Dive and water sports
Post breakfast; proceed for water sports. Enjoy the scuba diving, kayaking, snorkeling and other fun activities. Enjoy the sun bath and later back to resort. Overnight stay at Bangaram Island. All the water sports are directly payable at the resort.

Day 4 :Bangaram - Agatti (Departure)
After breakfast, you will be transfer to Agatti Island by boat which takes approx. 40 min. Reach Agatti airport and take your flight to Kochi with beautiful memories.

Cancellation Policy

45 days or more prior to the departure Rs.10000
45-30 days prior to the departure 25% of the tour cost
30-15 days prior to the departure 50% of the tour cost
15-07 days prior to the departure 100% of the tour cost Or a “No Show” on the tour 100% of the tour cost

Documents:

Adhar card is the only doccument which is acceptable to travel to Lakshadweep
Once booking done , a basic form needs to be filled by by agent where the client’s details are to be mentioned . This form is filled to get the permit .
So ADHAR CARD & PERMIT is required to visit Lakshadweep.

Transportation:

From Aggati airport to Bangaram Island / Kavaratti Island by govt. ferry
It takes approx 2 hrs to reach to the 2 islands from airport
Ferry can be speedboat or normal boat.
Basic ferry will be there
On the island there is no vehicle required . Island is explored by walk only .
For internal trnsf , govt. ferry is used

Hotels:

For stay , there are only 2 islands which are currently active ie. Bangaram Island & Kavarati Island
There are few other resorts also but not upto the mark

Paradise Island Resort on Kavarati Island
Hotels have very basic facilities & ammenities as these are govt. managed hotels
There are AC & NON AC rooms
Hotels are booked only on ALL MEALS plan .
Veg , Non-veg & jain meals are available here but the menu is limited & simple
If anyone wish to stay on Agatti Island , than ADHAR CARD , PSPT SIZE PHOTO , FLIGHT TKTS & PCC ( POLICE CLEARENCE CERTIFICATE ) is required
Agatti Island is the mail city where airport is located.

Sightseeing & Activities :

There are no sightseeing places here . Its only the scenic island which can be explored
Water sports activities like scuba , snorkeelling , wind surfing , diving , kayaking ,etc… is done . None of the activity can be pre booked . Its optional & subject to weather condition .

PAYMENT POLICY:

Initial deposit - Rs.25, 000/- per person to confirm you’re booking with us.
100% payment to be made at least 30 days before departure.

CANCELLATIONS:

10% of the total amount + 05% gst will lose once we cancel any booking before 30 days to arrival.
25% of the total amount + 05% gst will lose once we cancel 30 days to 15 days to the arrival.
50% of the total amount + 05 % gst will lose once we cancel 15 days to 07 days to the arrival
100% of the total amount will lose once we cancel 07 days to the arrival date

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Above rates might or might not change at the time of confirmation.
Any Change in the No of People, Tour Itinerary or Travel Date, the rates will change accordingly.
Due to Covid19 situations or if the occupancy in the hotels is very less then Hotels might not arrange buffet, instead of which they might provide food on fixed menu basis at Restaurant or at Room.
Welcome Hotel Bay Island by ITC – Port Blair & TAJ Exotica – Havelock, rates are dynamic, if the guests require the same, we will provide a separate Package cost as per the travel date.
Hotel at Andaman Islands has early check-out and late check-in timings, any changes required in the same is at the full discretion of the hotel management.
Vehicle provided will be as per the itinerary and not on disposal.
Children below 1 Year is complimentary but ID proof will be required and is to be provided at the time of booking.
Due to bad weather or political interference if any sightseeing gets cancelled then an alternate possible sightseeing will be arranged depending upon the time left and for which if any extra cost incurred then it has to be paid by the guests directly.
Guest must follow the prevailing SOP issued.
If the current SOP for compulsory quarantine does not change at the time of travel, then there might be some changes in the above given itinerary and the cost.
RATES ARE DYNAMIC AND SUBJECT AVAILABILITY. IT WILL BE FLUCTUATE AS PER HOTEL INVENTORY, FESTIVAL PERIOD, PEAK DATES, CITY SOLD OUT DATES, ETC…..
Transportation consider Garage to Garage as per valid kms Extra kms rate will be direct payable by guest only.
Given cost is estimated, based on lowest hotel rates existing as of now. We Don’t Hold Any Confirmation For Hotels. It’s Subject To availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by Passenger.
In Hill station places (like shimla , manali , nainital , kausani , Munnar , Thekkady ) the AC facility will not be there in the rooms.
At some places & at some hotels the higher category rooms are there with AC but that will be possible with the supplement cost.
The vehicle like tempo travelors are not of very good condition so rather opt for Innova .
Check-in time at Hotel is 1400 Hrs & Check-out time is 1100 Hrs.
Your tours and transfers are based on tour itinerary & not at disposal basis.
Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings.
Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Valley Facing / higher category rooms.
Breakfast will start from Day 2 of the itinerary.
Services will be given in exchange of Original vouchers/Itinerary only.
Portages and Driver Tips are extra
Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost.
There is No Refund for un utilized Service
All cost are per person based on twin sharing
Car cost is counted as per children & adults sharing a car
On hilly areas the CAR AC will not work.
During sightseeing the vehicle will go up to permissible point only, from that point any arrangement to be made all extra expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers.
Extra bed in the room means only extra mattress.( no cot )
Any govt. tax levied must be borne by the passengers only.
Pre ponement of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation & accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.
If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Flamingo Transworld Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
