Exclusions

• 5% GST
• Adventure and Leisure activities: joyrides, rafting or any other adventurous activities not specified in inclusions.
• Medical and Insurance: Medical expense beyond basic first aid, travel, health or accident insurance of any kind
• Cost for supplementary service, optional Tours, Up-gradation Charges.
• Tips, laundry, alcoholic beverages, mineral water (except as specified), telephone charges, camera fees, and other items of personal nature.
• Vehicle usage: Transportation is strictly as per the itinerary and not on a disposal basis. Any additional usage beyond the planned programme will incur extra charges
• No refunds will be provided for services not availed due to reasons such as illness, flight delays/cancellations, weather disruptions, roadblocks, or political/natural disturbances, Any additional expenses arising from such circumstances must be borne by the guest
• Force Majeure & Emergencies: Expenses due to unforeseen events such as strikes, fare hikes, flight delays/cancellations, natural calamities, or emergency evacuations
• Optional sightseeing
• Extra cost for hotel and transfers in case of flight cancellation and road blocks.
• Liabilities due to medical emergencies and evacuation involved.
• Any Extra activity
• Meals other than mentioned above
• Tips, porter charges, incidentals, laundry, Mini bar…
• Cost for personal expenses such as laundry, soft drinks, incidentals, porter charges, tips etc.
• Cost for any other service not mentioned under the “Cost Includes” head.
• Difference in cost arising due to extra usage of vehicle, other than scheduled & mentioned in the itinerary.
• Difference in cost arising due to mishaps, force majeure, political unrest, natural calamities like - landslides, road blockage, etc.
