Important Note on Safari in National Parks:

Most National Parks Remain Open Only from 1 november - 30 april

Jeep safari may continue in may / october depending on flood situation.

Safari in october and may is limited within a few kms and is subject to flood situation

Elephant safari in kaziranga national park is subject to availability.

Kindly inform all guests that in case elephant safari is not possible, we will offer One of the below alternative :

1. Additional jeep safari in another range of kaziranga national park

Or

2. Boat ride to view river dolphins

Or

3. Or we will refund the amount back to your account

Safari seating arrangement :

• Elephant safari - please note elephant safari is on per seat basis and not individual hiring
• jeep safari -1 jeep accommodates 6 persons and can be hired individually

For pre-booked safari with us :

•  counter for safari tickets open at 5:30 pm and tickets are issued only for the next day. We cannot pre-purchase safari tickets. Tickets are issued as per forest department rules
•  safari is managed by our representative in the region who would provide details in the evening at about 7:30 - 8:00 pm and provide all required information.
•  kindly inform the guest not to re-book safari (if we have already confirmed in our voucher) in the hotel/ resort of their stay. No refunds will be entertained for such booking.
•  we cannot guarantee elephant safari and it is subject to availability. Optional jeep safari will be provided if elephant safari tickets is not available

• we are not responsible for cancellation of safari. The safari is managed by the forest department and many times tickets are not alloted for tourists due to vip / government movement or for anti-poaching / census drives.

Important  guidelines

Guests with adventurous mind should travel to arunachal pradesh. 

Special note for arunachal pradesh

• Arunachal pradesh is very remote place, so all hotels in this region are basic to very very basic. 
• Room heaters may not work in arunachal pradesh due to voltage fluctuations. 
• In this region there are no relevance between the distance and time travelling as it depends upon the conditions of roads and congestion of traffic. 
• Mobile services may not be active in all destinations. Pre-paid roaming and international roaming connection does not work in this region. We suggest carrying bsnl (gsm) connections.
• Credit cards / g pay are not freely accepted. 

Inner line permit for entry to arunachal pradesh To visit arunachal pradesh, indian national requires inner line permits. Permits are issued in guwahati which takes 2-3 working days. (ilp office remains closed on saturday-sunday)

Documents required for every traveler:

• 2 passport size photographs of each person
• 1 valid photo id proof (adhaar card, driving license, voter id card, valid passport) 
• Pan card is not accepted as id proof by the authorities
• 1 valid address proof

China border

From tawang a day visit to china border is possible for indian nationals only but it is subject to permission. It can be arranged at additional cost. The rate for the trip keeps varying and we will intimate to you during the your travel time

• Local vehicle will have to be hired to visit china border and per vehicle cost will range from rs.5,500/- - rs.6,000/-
• Permission is on the discretion of the officials. 
• Sometimes there may be last moment cancellation even after getting permission as the region is a high security zone. 

Health advisory

• Enroute to tawang, there is sela pass at 13,700 ft. The area has low oxygen and may cause high altitude sickness, nausea, shortness of breath etc.
• If guests have health problems like blood pressure, asthama, & heart related issue etc. Kindly advise them to consult their doctors
• Kinldy carry appropriate medicines as they will not be available easily

• Rates are dynamic and subject availability. It will be fluctuate as per hotel inventory, festival period, peak dates, city sold out dates,etc…..
• Given cost is estimated, based on lowest hotel rates existing as of now. We don’t hold any confirmation for hotels. It’s subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by passenger.
• Check-in time at hotel is 1400 hrs & check-out time is 1100 hrs.
• Your tours and transfers are based on tour itinerary & not at disposal basis.  
• Your itinerary will be strictly on timings. 
• Room rates based on standard rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for valley facing / higher category rooms.
• Breakfast will start from day 2 of the itinerary.
• Services will be given in exchange of original vouchers/itinerary only. 
• Portages and  driver tips  are extra
• Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost.  
• There is no refund for un utilized service 
• All cost are per person based on twin sharing
• Car cost is counted as per children & adults sharing a car
• On hilly areas the car ac will not work.
• During sightseeing the vehicle will go up to permissible point only, from that point any arrangement to be made all extra expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers.
• Extra bed in the room means only extra mattress.( no cot )
• Any govt. Tax levied must be borne by the passengers only.
  
• Pre ponement of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation & accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.
• If any airline is delayed or cancelled, flamingo transworld pvt. Ltd. Is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
• If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint  or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
