Jim Corbett National Park and Reserve is a part of larger Corbett Tiger Reserve, a unique Tiger Reserve situated in the Nainital district of Uttarakhand. Due to Fabled for tiger richness it is known as Magical Landscape. It has been founded in the year 1936 as Heiley National Park, It has a glory of being India’s most oldest National Park. During the year 1973, it has been honoured as the place Project Tiger was launched. Tiger Territory is popularity known as father who gave birth of Project Tiger in India to protect most endangered species and Royal of India called Tigers.These are the marked buffer or core area of the park where visitors can enjoy wildlife safari.There are 02 types of safaris done.Jeep safari : Jeep is a four wheeler vehicle permitted to enter through all buffer zones of the park. Bhim Tal
Bhimtal is a town located in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. This town is a popular tourist destination located in the Nainital district. Bhimtal is a town and a nagar Panchayat in Nainital at an altitude of 1370 meters above sea level and is about 22 kilometers from Nainital and is named after a famous character in Indian mythology – Bhima. The town of Bhimtal is mainly popular among tourists and local travellers , mainly due to its proximity to the hill station of Nainital. Bhimtal is mainly famous for the enormous Bhimtal Lake that is present in the region.
During your trip to the town of Bhimtal, you can go boating in the Bhimtal Lake, as this is one of the chief tourist attractions in Bhimtal. The lake has an island in its centre, and this island can only be accessed through boats.
Dam built in 1883 creating the storage facility, It is the largest lake in Kumaon region. The lake provides drinking water supply and supports aquaculture.

Naini Lake
This natural fresh water lake is charming and many worlds’ prominent writers explained its beauty in the words of their poems. Exciting Naini Lake has also attracted many writers and creative personalities towards it. Nainital is also called as Naini Lake; it is surrounded by seven hills which are known as Ayarpata, Cheena Peak, and Laria Kanta. This visit cannot be completed without a boat ride in the lake. Naukuchiya Tal
Naukuchiya, the name itself suggests a nine- cornered lake, perched at an elevation of 1,220 meters above sea level in the Nainital district of Uttarakhand State. It is the deepest lake in the greater Nainital area. Aerial ropeway is one of the extensive tourist attractions in Nainital. With hundreds of tourists flying each day, the aerial Ropeway carries from Mallital to Snow View Point, one of the popular places to visit in Nainital. This three-minute ride is nothing short of a dream as it gives you the best bird eye-view of Nainital city and Naini lake.
The aerial ropeway is built in association with Swiss technology with a state-of-the-art position and view. The ropeway has to be climbed both up and down, giving travellers an excellent panoramic view of the surroundings.

2. The vehicle is not allowed on the mall road, so the vehicle will drop at the parking place and one has to walk to the ropeway counter.

Naina Devi Temple
Standing on a bank of the beautiful Naini Lake is the Naina Devi Temple, a famous Indian shrine and one of the 51 Shaktipeeths of India. Located on the banks of the lake, it is also a beautiful tourist destination.
The Naina Devi temple gets its name from the legend that the eyes (Nayan) of Goddess Sati fell on this spot when Lord Vishnu cuts her body into 51 different parts. Infact, the lake (Naini lake) & the entire city (Nainital) and the Naini temple, all three are named after the legend.
The Naina Devi Temple is evaluated to be one of the holiest temples in the country. The great Shivalik range of the Himalayas surrounds the city and the temple is protected by the highest peak Mt. Nanda Devi who is considered to be the sister of Naina Devi.
During the months of August and September falls Nanda Ashtami which is celebrated across the Kumaon region. The festival marks the celebration and worship of Nanda Devi, which is the highest peak of western Himalayas.
