CHEF MEAL NOTES:

BREAKFAST: 
  • Hotel Continental Breakfast spread with items like Milk, Cereal, and Fruits along with 1 hot Indian item and Indian Masala Chai. 

LUNCH: 
  • Afternoon lunch will be a minimum of two or three items such as Pav Bhaji, Puri Bhaji, Bhel, Chhole Puri, Biryani Curd, Handva, etc. will be served in outside Picnic areas & parks. (Subject to weather conditions & permissions the time of this meal can vary.)

DINNER:
  • Indian Dinner will be served in the hotel or in an Indian Restaurant with a full set menu of that city. 


Meals in Australia will be by Indian Chef as per above conditions. 

  • Lunches will be a combination of restaurant & casserole picnic lunches.
  • Due to unavoidable circumstances any meal on tour can be packed meal due to operational issues.
  • Despite having a Chef on board, some meals will be prepared by the restaurant due to logistic reasons. (Specifically on days with intercity flight or long distance road travel.)

  • Day 1 :Arrive To Cairns

    Welcome to Australia!!! Arrive to Cairns – A popular gateway to the Great Barrier Reef. Cairns is surrounded by lush rainforests, stunning beaches and a diverse ecosystem. After custom formalities, transfer to hotel, check in and Overnight at hotel.

  • Day 2 :Cairns - Big Cat Green Island Cruise

    Today morning after breakfast, take a walk to Ferry terminal for full day Big Cat Green Cruise to beautiful Coral Island. One of the natural wonders of the world. Join the Big Cat catamarans for a full day cruise on the Barrier Reef to Green Island. You have five and a half hours on Green Island to take part in the many activities or simply relax on the beach. Semi Submarine and Glass Bottom Boat or Evening at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

  • Day 3 :Cairns - Kuranda Sky Rail (one way) – Sydney (Flight time – 2 hr 55 mins approx.)

    After breakfast check out and transfer to Kuranda Village by taking Sky Rail enjoying a bird’s eye view of pristine World Heritage Rainforest with stops at Barron Falls and Red Pak stations, explore the village including the famous Kuranda markets. Transfer to airport for flight to Sydney. Arrive and check in. Overnight at hotel.

  • Day 4 :Sydney – City Tour - Sydney Tower Eye – Opera House – Harbour Cruise

    Today Morning after breakfast, depart for day tour – Sydney Orientation Tour Continue for guided tour at Opera House. Later visit Sydney Tower it remains the tallest structure in Sydney and guests can enjoy the views from the Sydney Tower Eye Observation Deck. Later in the evening transfer for Sydney Harbor Cruise. The open air Star Deck is the place to be, should you prefer to watch all the action from our enormous picture windows. Overnight in hotel.

  • Day 5 :Sydney – Featherdale Wildlife Park - Blue Mountain

    Today Morning after breakfast, visit Feather dale Wildlife Park and witness Koalas, Kangaroos, Wallabies, Wombats and many more. Also get a photo opportunity holding Koalas and hand feeding Kangaroos and experience Australia’s unique Falls. Later visit The Blue Mountain – a popular tourist destination, known for their stunning natural beauty, including waterfalls, and breathtaking vistas. Later dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight at hotel.

  • Day 6 :Sydney – Bondi Beach – Melbourne (Sydney to Melbourne 874 kms 1 hr 30 mins. approx)

    This morning, after enjoying breakfast at the hotel, set out to explore Bondi Beach, one of Australia’s most iconic coastal destinations. Famed for its golden sands, rolling surf, and laid-back atmosphere, Bondi is not just a beach but a cultural landmark that attracts visitors from around the world. Stroll along the scenic Bondi to Coogee coastal walk, soak in the sun, or simply relax and enjoy the vibrant beachfront vibe. Later, transfer to the airport to board your flight to Melbourne, the cultural capital of Australia known for its eclectic art scene, elegant architecture, and dynamic culinary experiences. Upon arrival in Melbourne, proceed to your hotel and check-in. The evening is free at leisure to explore the nearby surroundings or unwind at the hotel. Overnight stay in Melbourne.

    After breakfast this morning, proceed for a guided tour of the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) subject to no scheduled events. Explore its immaculately maintained lawns and experience the thrill of sitting in the stands of one of the world’s most renowned cricket stadiums. Later, travel to Phillip Island, a favorite day trip from Melbourne, located just off Australia’s southern coast. In the evening, visit Summerland Beach to witness the famous Penguin Parade, where adorable Little Penguins waddle ashore at sunset in groups. Overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Day 8 :Melbourne – Great Ocean Road – Twelve Apostles (Distance of round trip 417 kms, full day tour 10-12 hrs approx.)

    After Breakfast drive to Great Ocean road. Visit to Twelve Apostles. These limestone pillars rise out of the Southern Ocean in Port Campbell National Park like the noble, craggy sentinels of an ancient world. Once upon a time - or up to 20 million years ago - they were connected to the cliffs of the mainland. The waves and wind carved them into caves, then arches, and eventually battered them down into columns that rise up to 45 meters high. Later drive to Melbourne. Overnight at hotel.
