Your tours and transfers are based on Seat in Coach Basis. Seat in Coach Transfers departs only at fixed time and stops at different hotels enroute where other passengers may be picked /dropped off. It can be more time consuming.

Transfer to pick up and drop point by short walk at Sydney and Melbourne.

Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea facing/Lake Facing Rooms.

Breakfast will start from Day2 of the itinerary.

Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings. Please reach at pickup point at least 10mins before your given pickup time. And make yourself visible to Driver/Coach Captain.

Coach drivers cannot wait if you are late. If you are late, you will need to make your own arrangements at own cost.

If Dinners are booked you will be Given Dinner Vouchers excluding transfers. You will need to make your own way at Restaurant for booked time.

It is recommended to buy Local Sim Card, to make local calls for reconfirmation with coach drivers, operators, airline office...

Portages and  Coach Captain Tips  are extra

Certain Sightseeing are full day abt 6- 8hrs tours.Eg Great Ocean Road, Port Stephens, Blue Mountain, Big cat green island cruise. Do not eat much. Take basic medicines along if you have motion sickness.

Insurance excess if AUD$3100approx inc GST Tax in the event of accident or damage to the vehicle. A credit card authorization is taken for the bond on hire initiation, and destroyed at the termination of hire , providing the vehicle is returned in the same condition .An insurance excess waiver is available starting from AUD$22approx per day to reduce the excess to AUD$337.50 inc GST Tax.

Airport Concession fee will apply for any hire commencing from an airport. This fee is to be paid by hirer direct to the rental company at hire commencement. Request quote at time of booking the hire for current charges.

Remote location pick-up fee is additional.

After hours delivery fee is additional.

GPS Navigation units are available at additional Charge per day to payable to Car Hirer Company directly.

Cars are confirmed per category and not by make or model, all confirmations subject to possible substitute.

Parking charges /Toll taxes if applicable will be extra.

Make sure that you have plenty of sleep before a long drive. Take regular breaks – one every two hours.
