Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks, etc.
Any increase in taxes or fuel leading to an increase in surface transport.
All extra incurred at the hotel other than mentioned.
Anything not mentioned in the inclusions.

Initial deposit - Rs.75,000/ + you’re booking with us.
Rs. 1, 00,000/- 75 Days Prior to your Departure
Rs. 1, 00,000/- 45 Days Prior to your Departure
100% payment to be made at least 30 Days Prior to your Departure.

Cancellation Policy

75 Days or more prior to Departure Rs.50000/
60 Days to 35 Days prior to Departure Rs.85000/
34 Days to 25 Days prior to Departure 75% of the Tour Cost
With 25 Days of Departure 100% of the Tour Cost

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax 1961

5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and

20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 7 Lakhs in the same Financial year

(Decleration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years; and the aggregate TDS and TCS of each tax year is INR 50,000 or more - On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, TCS @ 20% will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.

On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 10% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 10% TCS will apply.
