TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025
5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and
20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year
(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.
Rate of Exchange will be considered on the day of payment. With 0.50 paisa additional
International Hotel Check in time 1400 hrs. Checkout Time 1000hrs
Breakfast will start from Day 2 of the itinerary
Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea facing/Lake Facing Rooms
Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings. Please reach at pickup point at least 10mins before your given pickup time. And make yourself visible to Driver/Coach Captain
It is recommended to buy Local Sim Card, to make local calls for reconfirmation with coach drivers, operators, and airline office

No meals will be provided for Flight within Australia
Certain Sightseeing are full day abt 6- 8hrs tours. Eg Great Ocean Road, Port Stephens, Blue Mountain, Big cat green island cruise. Do not eat much. Take basic medicines along if you have motion sickness.
Tap Water is Suitable for Drinking
You are not allowed to eat/drink in the coach
Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. You can contact the hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.
If Lunch is included in sightseeing it will be continental. e.g. Big Cat green island cruise in Cairns, Theme parks in Gold Coast. Jain meals will not be provided
