Chef Meal Notes:

BREAKFAST: 

  • Hotel Continental Breakfast spread with items like Milk, Cereal, Fruits along with 1 hot Indian item and Indian Masala Chai. In Christchurch we will have hotel breakfast as per their menu.


LUNCH: 

  • Afternoon lunch will be a minimum of two or three items such as Pav Bhaji, Puri Bhaji, Bhel, Chhole Puri, Biryani Curd, Handva, etc. will be served in outside Picnic areas & parks. (Subject to weather conditions & permissions the time of this meal can vary.)


DINNER:

  • Indian Dinner will be served in the hotel or in an Indian Restaurant with a full set menu of that city. 
  • Meals in New Zealand & Australia will be by Indian Chef as per above conditions. 
  • Lunches will be a combination of restaurant & casserole picnic lunches.
  • Due to unavoidable circumstances any meal on tour can be packed meal due to operational issues.
  • Despite having a Chef on board, some meals will be prepared by the restaurant due to logistic reasons. (Specifically on days with intercity flight or long distance road travel.)
  • We can’t not cater Non Veg meal during our Chef tours.

Day wise travel itinerary

  • Day 1 :Arrive To Auckland

    Welcome to New Zealand!!! Auckland’ The City of Sails' inspires both her inhabitants and her visitors with staggering location mild climate and wealth of thing to see and do. On arrival at Auckland after custom formalities, transfer to hotel on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

  • Day 2 :Auckland – Waitomo – Rotorua (AKL to Waitomo – 190 kms, 02 hrs. 28 Mins Approx. & Waitomo to ROT – 140 Kms, 02 Hrs. Approx.)

    After breakfast depart for Rotorua. Enroute be transferred through the ever changing scenery onto the Waitomo region where we stop at today’s highlight, your guided tour through the famous Waitomo Glow worm Caves which have spectacular limestone formations and the roof is studded with the lights of thousands of tiny Glow worms, including an underground boat ride viewing the millions of glow worms on the cavern roof. On arrival in Rotorua check-in at the hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

  • Day 3 :Rotorua – Te Puia Thermal Reserves – Agrodome Sheep Show & Farm Tour

    Early morning depart for Te Puia Thermal Reserve, famous Pohutu Geyser which erupts 10 to 25 times each day to heights of 16 to 20 meters.  The reserve is also filled with boiling mud pools generated by the extreme thinness of the earth's crust in the area. Agro dome Sheep and Farm tour for a New Zealand farm show featuring sheep dog demonstrations, cow milking and an introduction to the stars of our sheep industry. Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight at hotel

  • Day 4 :Rotorua – Auckland – Sky Tower (ROT – AKL – 228 Kms, 02 hrs. 50 Mins Approx.)

    Today morning after breakfast, depart for Auckland City. Upon arrival, visit Sky Tower and enjoy stunning city view from there. Later transfer to the hotel, and check in. Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight at hotel.

  • Day 6 :Christchurch – International Antarctic Centre
    Today morning after breakfast, visit International Antarctic Centre – one of New Zealand’s best tourist attractions, it provides visitors of all ages with an interactive, fun and exciting experience of Antarctica. Also enjoy Hagglund & 4D Theatre. Later proceed to the hotel & overnight at hotel.

  • Day 7 :Christchurch – Queenstown - Skyline Gondola Ride with Luge Ride (CHC - ZQN - 500 Kms, 06 Hrs. 30 Mins Approx.)
    Today morning after breakfast, depart for Queenstown – known as the adventure capital. Enroute visit Lake Tekapo.  You can opt for Bungee Jumping (optional). Upon arrival, visit Skyline Gondola ride and one luge ride - The gondola ride takes you to Peak perched high above Queenstown.  From here get the best views over picturesque Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu and Remarkable Mountains spread before you in a magnificent panorama.  Later transfer to hotel, check in and Overnight at hotel.

  • Day 8 :Queenstown – Milford Sound Cruise (Queenstown to Milford 307 kms, 05 hrs approx. (Oneway), Total 12 hrs approx.)

    Early morning depart for Full day tour to Milford Sound. Follow the southern arm of Lake Wakatipu to Lumsden, and onward to Lake TeAnau. Enter the Eglinton7 Valley and travel through the breath taking man made Homer Tunnel to reach Milford Sound. Enjoy a cruise on this world famous fiord, dominated by Mitre Peak and the cascading Bowen Falls. Return to Queenstown. Overnight at Queenstown. (B, PL/L, D) PL: Pack Lunch

    Today morning after breakfast, proceed to airport for flight to SYDNEY. Arrive Sydney – Australia’s Olympic City. Set on the beautiful blue Sydney Harbor, this fast paced city of cosmopolitan character is one of the world’s most beautiful places. Depart to Bondi beach one of Australia’s most famous beaches and well known worldwide. Later transfer to hotel & overnight at hotel.

  • Day 11 :Sydney – Opera House – Harbour Cruise – Sydney Tower Eye

    Today Morning after breakfast, depart to Sydney Orientation Tour Explore the beautiful beaches and famous harbor sites of Sydney. Discover the tempo of the city as you explore Sydney, capture the beauty and lifestyle of the harbor city from specially selected vantage points. Continue for guided tour at Opera House. Later in the evening transfer for Sydney Harbor Cruise. The open air Star Deck is the place to be, should you prefer to watch all the action from our enormous picture windows. Later visit the views from the Sydney Tower Eye Observation Deck. Later Overnight in hotel.

  • Day 13 :Cairns – Big Cat Green Island Cruise

    After breakfast, walk to ferry terminal for full day Big Cat Green Island Cruise to enjoy beautiful Coral Island. One of the natural wonders of the world. Join the Big Cat catamarans for a full day cruise on the Barrier Reef to Green Island. You have five and a half hours on Green Island to take part in the many activities or simply relax on the beach. Enjoy the Semi Submarine and Glass Bottom Boat ride. Later back to hotel and free time. Evening at leisure.  Overnight in hotel.

    Today morning after breakfast, proceed to Kuranda Village by taking Sky Rail enjoying a bird’s eye view of pristine World Heritage Rainforest with stops at Barron Falls and Red Peak stations, explore the village including the famous Kuranda markets. Later, depart for airport for your f light to Melbourne - the second largest city in the country and is known for its diverse culture, excellent food, vibrant arts scene and love for sports. Transfer to the hotel, check in and Overnight at hotel.

  • Day 15 :Melbourne – Great Ocean Road (Distance of round trip 417 kms, full day tour 10-12 hrs approx.)

    After Breakfast drive to Twelve Apostles, Take in the big picture with the Great Ocean Road's famous limestone towers. There's no better place to lose life's daily trivia than the dramatic, rugged and windswept coastline where the world-famous Twelve Apostles sit. These limestone pillars rise out of the Southern Ocean in Port Campbell National Park like the noble, craggy sentinels of an ancient world. Later drive to Melbourne. Back to hotel.

Waitomo Glowworm Caves
