Kazakhstan Visa Details-

• We will release invitation on 4th working day.
• Visa processing time in Kazakhstan Embassy in India is 7 working Days.
• Visa will be opened from 16th day from applying date.

Important Notes-

• Full Payment Will Be Accepted In Indian Rupees.
• ROE will be considered on that day at the time of payment. 5 % GST and 5% TCS will be extra on the above cost.
• Given cost is an estimate, based on lowest hotel rates exist as of now. We Don’t Hold Any Confirmation For Hotels/Airline. It is subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by the passenger
• Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel prices, change in government regulations, taxes, etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Airline like Air Astana, Fly Dubai, Air Arabia, Spice Jet airline are LCC (Low cost carriers), so no food and water will be served on board.
• During Diwali season International Hotel Check in time 1500 Hrs. Check out Time 1200 Hrs. Atlantis hotel - Check in time 1500 Hrs. Check out Time 1200 Hrs.
• Room Rates are based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for any up gradation in room categories.
• Coach will be with you during your sightseeing only, in your free time we are not bound to serve you a vehicle. For further transportation needed at your free time has to be managed by you at your own cost.
• Meal coupons provided without transfers. (Restaurants are walking distance from your hotel, please note closing time of restaurants)
• We will not be held responsible for any delay in Airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights.
• If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Flamingo Transworld Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
• If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
• Tap water is not safe . No hotels will provide you drinking water; you have to buy water on your own.
• This rate is applicable for minimum 20 adults travelling together.
• For trade fares and any other surcharge date additional rate would be applicable.

IMP NOTES FOR COVID 19:-

• Double vaccination is compulsory 
• RT -PCR test to be done in India within 72 hours of your departure - Cost is approx INR 500 per person in India. For RT-PCR test you have to compulsory given your name as per Passport.  (QR Code is Mandatory on Covid Report)
• Printout of the PCR test result is mandatory.
