Description of documents required and process:

• Passport first & last page scan copy.

• Return air tickets and hotel vouchers are required at the time of visa processing.

• For trade fares and any other surcharge date additional rate would be applicable.

• International Hotel Check in time 1400hrs, Check out Time 1200hr
• Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them.
• Given cost is an estimate, based on lowest hotel rates exist as of now. We Don’t Hold Any Confirmation For Hotels/Airline. It is subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be done by the passenger
• Room Rates are based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for any up gradation in room categories.
• Coach will be with you during your sightseeing only, in your free time we are not bound to serve you a vehicle. For further transportation needed at your free time has to be managed by you at your own cost.
• We will not be held responsible for any delay in Airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights.
• If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Flamingo Transworld Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
• If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
• On group tours, we do not assure special meals or special timings or extra halts for infants, children, or passengers with diabetes / cholesterol / high blood pressure etc. The Company cannot guarantee a special meal / diet for the Client upon such request.
• We reserve the absolute right to alter, amend, change or modify the tour package and itineraries. This may be necessitated due to factors beyond our control such as Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, sport events, weather conditions, traffic problems, over booking of hotels/flights,
• cancellation/ re­routing of flights or railway, closure of / restricted entry at a place of sightseeing.
• Airlines do not allow name change facility after ticketing is completed.
• Airlines & Government Taxes are subject to change without prior notice.
