Day wise travel itinerary

Day 1 :India - Bali - Ubud
Arrive at Bali. Meet and greet by our local representative and transfer to Hotel & check into the hotel. Depart for Ubud - is a town on the Indonesian island of Bali in Ubud District, located amongst rice paddies and steep ravines in the central foothills of the Gianyar regency the Ubud area has forests, rivers, cooler temperatures and less congestion although traffic has increased dramatically in the 21st century. You can enjoy Balinese Massage. Balinese massage is an approach to massage developed in the Indonesian province of Bali, with influence from the traditional medicine systems of India, China, and Southeast Asia. Balinese massage techniques include acupressure, skin rolling and flicking, firm and gentle stroking, pe : recursion, and application of essential oils. Overnight at Ubud Bali.
Day 2 :Bali - Ubud
Breakfast at hotel. Enjoy Rafting on Ayung River + Bali Swing.Overnight at Ubud Bali.

Day 3 :Bali - Lombok Island
Breakfast at the hotel. Check out from the hotel & transfer to ferry terminal for your ferry to Lombo islands. Arrive Lombok Islands. Pick up & transfer to Hotel. Check into hotel. Day is free for leisure. It’s the best time to chill, relax and have fun. Overnight at Lombok Island.

Day 4 :Bali - Lombok Island
Breakfast at the hotel. Today the day is free for leisure. There are plenty of options to keep you active, try paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, learning to free dive, yoga, jewellery making, cookery classes, hire a bike to cycle around the island, explore the night markets, listen to live bands, watch a film at the cinema in the evening, trekking, cooking class and don’t miss to enjoy a cocktail while taking in the bright blue sky and deep blue sea, it’s all in a day’s work. Overnight at Lombok Island.

Day 5 :Bali - Kuta/Seminyak
Breakfast at the hotel. Check out from the hotel & transfer to ferry terminal for your ferry back to Seminyak. Arrive Seminyak. Pick up from the ferry terminal & transfer to the hotel. Check into the hotel. Enjoy the day at leisure. In the evening, you are taken for a sunset tour to Tanah Lot Temple. Tanah Lot temple is built on the rock and is very famous for its spectacular view of the sunset. Overnight at Bali

Day 6 :Bali - Kuta/Seminyak
Breakfast at the Hotel. Pick up form the Hotel for Benoa Tour where you enjoy water sports activities like Parasailing, Jet Ski, Banana Boat ride, Snorkeling, Glass Bottom Boat, and Turtle Island. Bali Tanjung Benoa beach, or sometimes named Benoa harbour or Benoa cape is one of famous tourist beach on the Bali Island. This Bali beach is located on the southeastern tip of the Bali Island and adjacent to Nusa Dua area. Overnight at Kuta/Seminyak.

Ayung River Water Rafting

Tanah Lot Temple

This temple is known as the sunset temple but equally beautiful in the morning as well. This landmark attraction is a Hindu temple built on rock formation in sea makingi it a dramatic stunning scene. It is located in Beraban village of the Tabanan regency, which is 20kms from Denpasar and has multiple shops souvenir shops, restaurants and vendors selling street food. The temple is dedicated to God of Sea and was build in the 15th century. It attract thousand of tourist every year to enjoy the mesmerizing views.

Bali Swing

Bali Swing is one of the great and most famous swings in Bali.It takes approximately 20 minutes’ drive from Ubud center, and 1.5 hours from Kuta.

Initial deposit - Rs 25,000/- per person to confirm you’re booking with us.
50% of the Total payment to be made before 20 days of the departure.
100% payment to be made at least 15 days before departure (on or before the time limit of Reconfirmation of booking. Dollar portion payment to be made as per the prevailing exchange rate on the day of payment.)

Cancellation Policy

35 Days or more prior to Departure Rs. 8000/- per person.
34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 25% of the Tour Cost.
14 Days to 3 Days prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost.
8 Days to 3 Days prior to Departure 100% of the Tour Cost. (Cancellation in Airline will be as per Airline norms and conditions.)

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025

5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and

20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year

(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.

Bali Visas are on arrival.
Below rates are per person on twin sharing basis.

Given cost is estimated, based on lowest airfare and hotel rates existing as of now. We don’t hold any confirmation for Hotels/Airline. It’s Subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by passenger.
Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them.
Your tours and transfers are based on Seat in Coach Basis. Seat in Coach Transfers departs only at fixed time and stops at different hotels Enroute where other passengers may be picked /dropped off. It can be more time consuming.(Its more time consuming but economical)
Mid night surcharge applicable for all transfer operated between 2300hrs-0600hrs
Room allocation Twin rooms /Double room will be as per the availability at the time of check in. 90% of rooms are Twin rooms & there is no guarantee for room with Double Bed.
Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea facing/Lake facing Rooms.
Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. You can contact hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.
It is recommended to buy Local Sim Card, to make local calls for reconfirmation with coach drivers, operators, & airline office.
Portages and Coach Captain Tips are extra.
There is No Refund for unutilized Service.
International Hotel Check in time 1400hrs, Check out Time 1200hrs.
If Dinners are booked you will be given Dinner Vouchers excluding transfers. You will need to make your own way at Restaurant for booked time.
Baggage allowance is 20 Kg for Check in Luggage. Hand Bag allowance is 7Kg.
You are not allowed to eat/drink in coach.
In Singapore, tap water is drinkable.
IT IS COMPULSORY TO CARRY USD 700 PER PASSENGER, FOR ALL PASSENGERS, as this is the entry requirement for THAILAND.
The above program is only indicative and the passenger has to verify each day’s program from the local guide.
Photographs are compulsory for on arrival visas. Please keep one passport Copy Xerox and one Ticket copy Xerox ready to be submitted for on arrival visas.
It is always advisable to keep 2 Photographs with you during the journey. Please keep one Xerox copy of your passport with your relative, in India and one Xerox copy of passport with you during the travel.
It is most important to have International Travel Insurance for the entire period of your stay in foreign country.
For NRI –Passengers staying in India for more than 180 days will have to take Police Clearance Certificate from Commissioner of Police for which Flamingo will not be responsible. Passengers are requested to submit Xerox copy of Passport along with page showing arrival stamp in India.
