Day wise travel itinerary

Day 1 :Bali – Labuan Bajo
We will pick you up at the airport based on your arrival schedule and your tour to discover Labuan Bajo begin immediately. The first attraction will be Kampung Ujung. Our guide will explain to you about the development history of Labuan Bajo. Afterwards, we visit Rumah Tenun in Nggorang where our guide will explain to you about Manggaraian Traditional Weaving. At afternoon, our guide will take you to the northern part of Labuan Bajo to have some beautiful sunset pictures.
Day 2 :Padar- Komodo - Pink Beach - Karang Makasar – Siaba
We will pick you up at 06.00 at the hotel. Please make sure that you already have your breakfast. We will take you to Labuan Bajo Harbor and then depart to Padar Island. It is the photography destination that offers stunning landscape in Komodo National Park. After visit Padar Island, we will bring you to Pink Beach. We could do snorkeling or photography activity here. Afterwards, we take you to Komodo Island, a home of more than 1.400 Komodo Dragon. With support from a well-trained ranger, we will bring you to meet and greet the Komodo Dragon. Afterwards, the tour continues to Karang Makasar, a famous destination for Taka Makasar and Manta Point. After doing a photography session at Taka Makasar, we take you to do snorkeling at Manta Point. We do hope you could see and snorkeling close to Manta Rays. The last snorkeling destination will be Siaba. It is well-known as turtle spots. We do hope you could see and snorkeling close to turtle. At afternoon, we return to Labuan Bajo. Our staff will pick you up and take you to local restaurant to have dinner.
Lunch Box will be provided at Speedboat and dinner will be at local restaurant and will be paid by client. Stay at Selected Hotel.

Day 3 : Labuan Bajo
We will pick you up 2 hours prior to your departure flight. We could stop at souvenir shop if you would like to buy souvenirs. Afterwards, we transfer you to airport.

Initial deposit - Rs 25,000/- per person to confirm you’re booking with us.
50% of the Total payment to be made before 20 days of the departure.
100% payment to be made at least 15 days before departure (on or before the time limit of Reconfirmation of booking)

Cancellation Policy

35 Days or more prior to Departure Rs. 8000/- per person.
34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 25% of the Tour Cost.
14 Days to 3 Days prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost.
8 Days to 3 Days prior to Departure 100% of the Tour Cost. (Cancellation in Airline will be as per Airline norms and conditions.)

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025

5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and

20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year

(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.

Payment made will be as per the prevailing rate of exchange + 0. 50 paisa on the day of your final payment

Hotels/Airline will be subject to availability till Reconfirmation.
Internal Airline rates are highly fluctuating and can’t be blocked, & so rates & timings are subject to availability.
Given cost is estimated, based on lowest airfare and hotel rates existing as of now. We don’t hold any confirmation for Hotels/Airline. It’s Subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by passenger.
Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them.
Your tours and transfers are based on Seat in Coach Basis. Seat in Coach Transfers departs only at fixed time and stops at different hotels Enroute where other passengers may be picked /dropped off. It can be more time consuming.(Its more time consuming but economical)
Mid night surcharge applicable for all transfer operated between 2300hrs-0600hrs
Room allocation Twin rooms /Double room will be as per the availability at the time of check in. 90% of rooms are Twin rooms & there is no guarantee for room with Double Bed.
Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea facing/Lake facing Rooms.
Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. You can contact hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.
It is recommended to buy Local Sim Card, to make local calls for reconfirmation with coach drivers, operators, & airline office.
Portages and Coach Captain Tips are extra.
There is No Refund for unutilized Service.
International Hotel Check in time 1400hrs, Check out Time 1200hrs.
If Dinners are booked you will be given Dinner Vouchers excluding transfers. You will need to make your own way at Restaurant for booked time.
Baggage allowance is 20 Kg for Check in Luggage. Hand Bag allowance is 7Kg.
You are not allowed to eat/drink in coach.
The above program is only indicative and the passenger has to verify each day’s program from the local guide.
Photographs are compulsory for on arrival visas. Please keep one passport Copy Xerox and one Ticket copy Xerox ready to be submitted for on arrival visas.
It is always advisable to keep 2 Photographs with you during the journey. Please keep one Xerox copy of your passport with your relative, in India and one Xerox copy of passport with you during the travel.
It is most important to have International Travel Insurance for the entire period of your stay in foreign country.
For NRI –Passengers staying in India for more than 180 days will have to take Police Clearance Certificate from Commissioner of Police for which Flamingo will not be responsible. Passengers are requested to submit Xerox copy of Passport along with page showing arrival stamp in India.

5% GST & 5% TCS applicable will be additional on total tour cost.
Visa on arrival is granted for Indian passport holders at IDR 500.000 per person (Approx. 35 USD).
All Indian tourists are required to hold a mandatory negative PCR test for COVID-19 conducted 48 hours prior the scheduled arrival time in Bali
Vaccination is Mandatory for Adults - Min. 2 x vaccinated with WHO authorized vaccinations, and the 2nd vaccination must have been given at least 02 weeks prior to departure
Children below 12 years only need a negative PCR Swab Test result.
Children 12 years and above are considered as adult and require to be fully vaccinated
PCR test will be conducted twice during your stay at Bali - Upon arrival at Bali airport
PCR Charges at Bali – IDR 275.000 per person (Approx. USD 20)
Travel insurance is Mandatory and should cover USD 25,000 insurance coverage
Minimum 3 nights stay accommodation voucher at any CHSE certified accommodations in Bali
