Day 1 :Yogyakarta Arrival Transfer
Upon arrival at Yogyakarta International Airport YIA, we will provide a meeting service and transfer service will be provided to the hotel.It will be at least about an hour journey depending on the traffic situation The service will be provided with private transport and no guide.
Day 2 : Yogyakarta Highlight
Pick up service from the Hotel you stay, firstly we will visit The Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat Palace with its grand and elegant Javanese architecture, learn and explore the authentic Javanese Culture, then visit the Taman Sari Water castle nearby, it was a bathing place for the princess. Continue our excursion to visit Kota Gede to see more of Javanese culture after the Islamic era entering Java. Our highlight will be visiting the Elegant Prambanan Temple. In the afternoon we will return to the hotel to end the excursion.

Day 3 :Merapi Lava Trail Ft. Borobudur Temple
A short drive about 1.5 hours we will reach Umbul Harjo or Kali Adem from here we will ride a 4WD Jeep to explore the ground dominated with sands and stones from the Merapi volcano eruption in 2007, it is so amazing! Our next visit will be Borobudur temple to learn and witness the temple with the biggest stupa in the world built from only stones without any cement. Our last stop will be Mendut temple which is the gate temple before the ancestors go to Borobudur for praying. Then return to downtown Yogyakarta for overnight accommodation.

Day 4 :Yogyakarta Departure Transfer
Upon due time we will provide a transfer service from your hotel to Yogyakarta International Airport YIA. Pick up service will be provided at least 3.5 hours before your estimated flight time departure for your domestic flight. The service will be provided with private transport and no guide.

TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025
5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and
20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.
Payment made will be as per the prevailing rate of exchange + 0. 50 paisa on the day of your final payment
Hotels/Airline will be subject to availability till Reconfirmation.
Internal Airline rates are highly fluctuating and can’t be blocked, & so rates & timings are subject to availability.
Given cost is estimated, based on lowest airfare and hotel rates existing as of now. We don’t hold any confirmation for Hotels/Airline. It’s Subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by passenger.
Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them.
Your tours and transfers are based on Seat in Coach Basis. Seat in Coach Transfers departs only at fixed time and stops at different hotels Enroute where other passengers may be picked /dropped off. It can be more time consuming.(Its more time consuming but economical)

Room allocation Twin rooms /Double room will be as per the availability at the time of check in. 90% of rooms are Twin rooms & there is no guarantee for room with Double Bed.

It is most important to have International Travel Insurance for the entire period of your stay in foreign country.
