Today morning after breakfast, enjoy the City tour of Toronto and explore the cosmopolitan city. As you explore the downtown and residential areas. Highlights include the Eaton Center, old and New City Halls pass by the Rogers Centre (formerly known as the Sky Dome) and the CN Tower and drive along the harbour front for a complete impression of this city. Enjoy the ride up to CN tower observatory deck. Later transfer to Niagara Falls. Overnight in Niagara Falls, Canada.

After breakfast, checkout of hotel and proceed towards Ottawa. Pass through quaint little towns along Lake Ontario, the historic city of Kingston and the Thousand Islands region. Experience the wonderful 1000 islands cruise. Later proceed on a sightseeing tour of Ottawa Canada’s national capital. Explore the Parliament Buildings, embassies, universities and museums. TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025
5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and
20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.

The airfare & taxes based on the fare structure existing as on December ’17.
Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them.

All services of the tour including changes in Schedule of mode of travel may have an impact on tour Itineraries and the company reserves a right to change / modify / vary/ alter in the tour Itinerary and/or tour tariff accordingly.
Portages and Coach Captain Tips are extra.
Passengers need to pay baggage handling fees of USD 10-25 per person per day for internal sectors, levied by airlines at airport by themselves.
It is advisable to book 45 days prior to the date of departure as the internal ticket rate might increase closer to the departure date, resulting in an increase in the tour cost.
Please note that Tips are compulsory and is CAD 5 per person per day. The same must be paid on arrival to the Tour Manager.
CANADA VISA:
Rs. 7000 per person approx for Single entry Canada Visa & Rs. 5000 per person approx Biometric Charges (The current Visa charges will be applicable as per Canadian Consulate)
Issuance of Visa is completely on the Consulate only.
DIRECT JOINING POLICY:
Passengers need to reach to the hotel of first destination on their own.
Passenger’s tour will end at the hotel in the last city.
The JD cost does not include the cost of Canada single entry visa.

It is mandatory to follow the Vaccination pre-requirement of each country being visited before & during the tour.
