TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax 1961
5% TCS till INR 7 Lakhs 20% TCS thereafter (The threshold of Rs 7 lakh for LRS is qua remitter - Decleration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years; and the aggregate TDS and TCS of each tax year is INR 50,000 or more - On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, an additional TCS @ 5/20% (as the case may be) will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.
In case of PAN - AADHAR not Linked TCS will be applicable on higher rate & TCS Credit will not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Outward Remittance under LRS cannot proceed if PAN - AADHAR not Linked. On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with Higher Rate of TCS will apply.

Any further increase in airfare due to an increase in the fuel prices, changes in government regulations, taxes, etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Airlines like Fly Dubai, Air Arabia, and Spice Jet airline are LCC (Low-cost carriers), so no food and water will be served on board.

Room Rates are based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for any up gradation in room categories.
The coach will be with you during your sightseeing only, in your free time we are not bound to serve you a vehicle. For further transportation needed at your free time has to be managed by you at your own cost.
Meal coupons are provided without transfers. (Restaurants are walking distance from your hotel, please note the closing time of restaurants)
We will not be held responsible for any delay in the Airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights.
If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Flamingo Transworld Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reasons beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
Tap water is not safe in UAE. No hotels will provide you with drinking water; you have to buy water on your own.
This rate is applicable for a minimum of 20 adults travelling together.
For trade fares and any other surcharge date, an additional rate would be applicable.
IMP NOTES FOR COVID 19:-
RT -PCR test to be done in India within 48 hours of your departure - Cost is approx INR 500 per person in India. For the RT-PCR test you have to compulsory given your name as per Passport. (QR Code is Mandatory on Covid Report)
Rapid test at the UAE airport will be done on arrival after Immigration without any charges as of now- Report will be given within 12 -24 hours. Till then you have to stay at your hotel only.
While returning from Dubai to India then again you need to do a PCR test within 48 hours of Departure from UAE and It cost is approx 150 - 250 AED. It is also possible to arrange with Transfer from your Hotel and this additional cost you need to pay directly.
The test has to be done in approved labs or hospitals in UAE.
Guest needs to do PCR test in India, if the Tests Results comes out to be Negative then he/she will be allowed to Travel and upon reaching UAE, the report should not be more than 48 hours old
Printout of the PCR test result is mandatory.
Please note if a USA VISA holder is travelling to Dubai, there is one formality that pax passport they are scanning and sending that to Dubai for Visa approval. They do not provide any visa from here but they need to re confirm this from Dubai once. Also note while coming from Dubai to India, Client need to fill up AIR SUVIDHA Form, Self Declaration Form and RT PCR Test which is mandatory.

In India itself, guests will have to download the Covid19-DXB Smart App and they will have to update a UAE number on which the test results will be shared and also the results will be shared on the App.

Upon reaching UAE, there will be one more test done at the Airport and that result will come in 24 Hours to 36 Hours till then the Guest will not be allowed to move around and will have to keep himself isolated at the Hotel
Once the Guest will receive his test results claiming it to be Negative then they can move around Abu Dhabi /Dubai
If you are travelling to Dubai, you need to carry a Covid-19 Test Report, Your Visa Copy, Travel Insurance and Self Declaration Form.
You need to show it to the Dubai Health Authority Employees at the Airport on Arrival before proceeding to the Immigration Counters.
All the Passengers need to go through another round of PCR tests at the Arrival Point and Download the covid-19 app to get the result.
If you have a Negative test result, then you can go without Quarantine (this can change on case to case basis)
However, if you come up with a positive test result on arrival, then you need to be in self-quarantine for 14 days and do the test again.
You can then go to the Baggage Carousels to collect your bags, then walk towards the Exit Gates to take a Taxi, a Ride on the Metro or be picked up by your Friend or Relative.
