Payment Policy
Initial deposit of INR 50,000/- per person is required to confirm your booking.
100% of the total tour cost must be paid at least 35 days prior to departure.
The foreign currency portion will remain subject to fluctuation. The applicable exchange rate and IBR charges prevailing on the date of final payment shall apply.
35 days or more before departure: 50% of the total tour cost
Within 35 days of departure: 100% of the total tour cost
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025
5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and
20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year
(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
Pursuant to Budget 2026, TCS at 2% shall be applicable on sale of overseas tour programme packages with effect from 1st April 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Income-tax Act.
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.
Visa Requirements:
Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa.
A handwritten passport is not acceptable.
The guests who possess valid USA Visa are eligible for On Arrival Dubai Visa. On arrival Visa fees to be paid by guest at the immigration only by Credit Card. To avail this option valid USA Visa copy to be submitted at the time of booking. Visa fee reduction will be applicable and processed upon submission of such valid USA Visa. It is mandatory to carry the passport with valid USA Visa while going on tour.
For USA Passport Holder's, Dubai VISA will be On Arrival. To avail this option valid USA Passport copy to be submitted at the time of booking. Visa fee reduction will be applicable and processed upon submission of such valid USA passport copy. It is mandatory to carry the valid passport while going on tour.
