Payment Policy
Initial deposit – full inr portion per person to confirm your booking with us.
First Installment- Rs. 30,000/- per person to confirm your booking with us.
Second Installment- Rs. 30,000/- per person between 15 days of booking date.
100% payment is to be made at least 35 days before departure.
Total Payment in INR as per the prevailing exchange rate on the date on Final payment
35 Days or more prior to Departure 25% of the Tour Cost
34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost
14 Days to 08 Days prior to Departure 75% of the Tour Cost
08 Days and beyond 100% of the Tour Cost
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025
5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and
20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year
(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.

Rate of exchange will be considered only on the day of final payment from www.xe.com + 0.50 Paisa will be charged on the live price as interbank remittance charges.
TOUR NOTE:
If you arrive before the group you will have to wait at the airport for Group transfers.
This is a tentative itinerary, the final itinerary you will receive one week before your travel date.
Final itinerary may be interchanged as per time slot.
Please note the tour manager may not be travelling with the Group on Flight.
If you are arriving through a different flight at a different airport or only taking Land Package then airport transfers will be charged extra.
Breakfast at the hotel will not have Indian items except where chef prepared breakfast is offered
Bread in the hotel might contain eggs, so before consuming kindly check with Restaurant attendant
There will be limited items available in the breakfast for Jain passengers which will mostly be fruits, juices, salads, cereals, milk, coffee etc.
For Jain menu in all Lunches & Dinner there will be limited options available compared to regular veg food.
In international holidays Jain food will be strictly considering No Onion, No Garlic and No potatoes.
Please note that in our group tours the dinner time is mostly after 7 pm so chauvihar or other religious practices will not be possible and dinner time cannot be amended.
You cannot carry hot plates and prepare anything inside the room in your hotel since this may cause the fire alarm to go off and there will be heavy penalties levied by the hotels and that shall be solely borne by the client.
