TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025
5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and
20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year
(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.
Dubai visa Requirements:
6 months valid passport with original color scan copies- First page & last page.
If there is any Observation page in the passport, it is also required.
USA, UK, Swiss, Japan, China visa page scan copy required.
2- photographs passport size in white background (4.3 x 5.5 cm).
Pan card is compulsory to submit.
Important Notes:
Given cost is an estimate, based on lowest hotel rates exist as of now. We Don’t Hold Any Confirmation For Hotels/Airline. It is subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by the passenger.
Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel prices, change in government regulations, taxes, etc charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers flamingo will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Airline like Fly Dubai, Air Arabia, Spice Jet airline are LCC (Low cost carriers), so no food and water will be served on board.

Room Rates are based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for any up gradation in room categories.
Coach will be with you during your sightseeing only, in your free time we are not bound to serve you a vehicle. For further transportation needed at your free time has to be managed by you at your own cost.

We will not be held responsible for any delay in Airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights.
If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Flamingo Transworld Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
