Cancellation in Airline tickets will be as per Airline terms and condition.
In case of non-refundable hotel and Hotel deadline cancellation amount will be charged accordingly.
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax 1961
5% TCS till INR 7 Lakhs 20% TCS thereafter (The threshold of Rs 7 lakh for LRS is qua remitter - Decleration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years; and the aggregate TDS and TCS of each tax year is INR 50,000 or more - On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, an additional TCS @ 5/20% (as the case may be) will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.
In case of PAN - AADHAR not Linked TCS will be applicable on higher rate & TCS Credit will not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Outward Remittance under LRS cannot proceed if PAN - AADHAR not Linked. On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with Higher Rate of TCS will apply.
Given cost is estimated, based on lowest hotel rates existing as of now. We don’t hold any confirmation for Hotels/Airline. It’s subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by the passenger.
Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel prices, change in government regulations, taxes, etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Airline like Spice Jet, Indigo, Fly Dubai, Air Arabia, are LCC (Low cost carriers), so no food and water will be served on board.
We will not be held responsible for any delays in airline leading to misconnection of your onward flights.
If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Flamingo Transworld Pvt. Ltd is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
Flights arriving at SHJ/AUH/XNB/DWC airport transfers cost will be extra.
Dubai 3* hotel or hotel apartment check in time 1400 Hrs. & check out time 1200 hrs.
In 4* & 5* check in time 1500 Hrs. & check out time 1100 hrs. In every 5 * Hotel property, it is compulsory to pay a security deposit of approx. 500 AED per room per night by passenger. This is refundable.
Hotels like Atlantis the palm & Lapita resort provides room around 1600 Hrs.
Room Rates are based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for any up gradation in room categories.
In hotels 90% rooms on twin sharing basis.
All rooms may not be available on the same floor, it strictly depends on hotel room availability.
Tap water is not drinkable.
Hotel will give only 1 bottle on arrival day so you have to purchase water bottle on your own.
Wi-Fi is chargeable in hotels or hotel apartments.
Coach will be with you during your sightseeing only, in your free time we are not bound to serve you a vehicle. For further transportation needed during your free time has to be managed by you at your own cost.
Desert safari is done on 4x4 vehicle, 1 car will accommodate 6 to 7 passengers.
Food at Desert Safari and Dhow Cruise is cooked outside and served at desert and cruise so the food taste will be ok ok.
Burj Khalifa tickets and slot timings will depend on availability we will not be responsible for late slots. If slot timings will be late passenger have to pay additional cost for transfers or need to book upgraded tickets at additional cost.
For Burj Khalifa slot if evening slot is not available we can give morning slot with private transfers for that you have to pay additional cost and fountain show will be also missed.
Ferrari park on SIC basis you will get maximum 3 to 4 hours.
In SIC tours itinerary and timings will be given as per Local agent schedule. It will not be as per guest request.
In PVT transfers timing for sightseeing will be given by our local agent.
PVT transfers are point to point basis transfers. Car will leave after drop, if you want car to stay with you, you have to book as per car at disposable rates which is additional.
If your tours and transfers are based on seat in coach basis (SIC). Seat in coach transfers departs only at fixed time and stops at different hotels Enroute where other passengers may be picked /dropped off. It can be more time consuming. (It’s more time consuming but economical).
Meal coupons provided are without transfers. ( Restaurants may not be walking distance from your hotel, please note closing time of restaurant )
If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to another hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
Above rate is not applicable for any surcharge date. For trade fair and any other surcharge date additional rate would be applicable.
If any changes come in airfare, Dubai visa or any surcharge will be applicable on total tour cost.
If any refund it will be processed only by Cheque.
IMP NOTES FOR COVID 19:-
Guest needs to do PCR test in India, if the Tests Results comes out to be Negative then he / she will be allowed to Travel and upon reaching UAE, the report should not be more than 96 hours old
Printout of the PCR test result is mandatory.

In India itself, Guest will have to download the Covid19-DXB Smart App and they will have to update a UAE number on which the test results will be shared and also the results will be shared on the App.

Health Declaration form to be filled and submitted at Indian Airport.
Upon reaching UAE, there will be one more test done at the Airport and that result will come in 24 Hours to 36 Hours and till then the Guest will not be allowed to move around and will have to keep himself isolated at the Hotel
Once the Guest will receive his test results claiming it to be Negative then they can move around Dubai.
If you are travelling to Dubai, you need to carry a Covid-19 Test Report, Your Visa Copy, Travel Insurance and Self Declaration Form.
You need to show it to the Dubai Health Authority Employees at the Airport on Arrival before proceeding to the Immigration Counters.
All the Passengers need to go through another round of PCR test at the Arrival Point and Download the covid-19 app to get the result.
If you have a Negative test result, then you can go without Quarantine (can change on case to case basis)
However, if you come up with a positive test result on arrival, then you need to be in self-quarantine for 14 days and do the test again.
You can then go to the Baggage Carousels to collect your bags, then walk towards the Exit Gates to take a Taxi, a Ride on the Metro or be picked up by your Friend or Relative.
