Visa - Once Visa Apply then visa cost will be Non Refundable
Airline – Cancellation Applicable as per the Airline terms and Condition
Non Refundable Services – If will confirm any non-refundable service then 100% Cancellation charges applicable for that service part (Hotel, Visa, Sightseeing, Train Ticket, Domestic Flight Ticket).

TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025
5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and
20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year
(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.

Kindly note that the above rates are only a quote, No rooms are booked or blocked and will be subject to availability at the time of booking. Given cost is estimated, based on lowest hotel rates existing as of now. We don’t hold any confirmation for Hotels/Airline. It’s subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by the passenger.
Hotel confirmation will give after the 72 hours of booking. If confirmation received on weekend them it will take more time.
At the time of Confirmation if Hotel rates will change then will update will revise cost.
If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to another hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
Above rate is not applicable for any surcharge date. For trade fair and any other surcharge date additional rate would be applicable.
If any refund it will be processed only by Cheque.
Tap water is not drinkable.
During the Sightseeing Alcohol Consumption Strictly Prohibited.
Per person 1 check in bag (medium size) – 20 KG and 1 hand bag allow as per the car and coach policy. If you have extra luggage then please update at the time of booking.
NRI Pax need to inform about their luggage at the time of booking.
Accommodation:
Dubai 3* hotel or hotel apartment check in time 1400 Hrs. & check out time 1200 hrs.
In 4* & 5* check in time 1500 Hrs. & check out time 1100 hrs.
Lapita resort, Atlantis the palm and Abu Dhabi Yas island hotel check in time 16:00 hrs and check out time 1100 hrs.
In every 5* Hotel property, it is compulsory to pay a security deposit of approx. 500 AED per room per night by passenger. This is refundable.
Room Rates are based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for any up gradation in room categories.
In hotels 90% rooms on twin sharing basis (Twin Beds).
No Extra Bed in Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island / W Abu Dhabi Yas Island / Lapita Resort / Atlantis the Palm - Two Queen Beds.
All rooms may not be available on the same floor, it strictly depends on hotel room availability.
Hotel will give only 1 bottle on arrival day so you have to purchase water bottle on your own.
Wi-Fi is chargeable in hotels or hotel apartments.

Transfers:
Tour itinerary will be strictly on timings. Please reach at pick up point at least 10 mins. Before your given pick up time.
Flights arriving at SHJ/AUH/XNB/DWC airport transfers cost will be extra.
Coach will be with you during your sightseeing only, in your free time we are not bound to serve you a vehicle. For further transportation needed during your free time has to be managed by you at your own cost.
If Sightseeing is on seat in coach basis (SIC) So Itinerary Will Be As Per Slot Which Will Be Confirm By Agent Side Only And No Any Preference Will Be Consider In seat in coach basis (SIC) Tour.
If your tours and transfers are based on seat in coach basis (SIC). Seat in coach (SIC) transfers departs only at fixed time and stops at different hotels Enroute where other passengers may be picked /dropped off. It can be more time consuming. (It’s more time consuming but economical).
In PVT transfers timing for sightseeing will be given by our local agent.
In PVT transfers are point to point basis transfers. Car will leave after drop, if you want car to stay with you, you have to book as per car at disposable rates which is additional.
Meal coupons provided are without transfers (Restaurants may not be walking distance from your hotel, please note closing time of restaurant).

Abu Dhabi mosque not possible on Friday from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm & In Abu Dhabi mosque you have to follow strict dress code.
Desert safari is done on 4x4 vehicle, 1 car will accommodate 6 to 7 passengers.
Food at Desert Safari and Dhow Cruise is cooked outside and served at desert and cruise so the food taste will be ok ok.
Burj Khalifa tickets and slot timings will depend on availability we will not be responsible for late slots. If slot timings will be late passenger have to pay additional cost for transfers or need to book upgraded tickets at additional cost.
For Burj Khalifa slot if evening slot is not available we can give morning slot with private transfers for that you have to pay additional cost and fountain show will be also missed.
Ferrari Park or any other Yas island parks on sic basis you will get maximum 3 to 4 hours.
Visa & OTB:
Package excluding - USD 10/- OTB charges per visa.
If any change in visa cost by Dubai government then will charge difference cost of visa.
As per UAE Government rules, Passengers are required to carry with them Amount of AED 3000 or the equivalent US Dollar per person (adults/child’s/Infant).
Airlines:
Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel prices, change in government regulations, taxes, etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. Our company will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change without prior notice.
If any changes come in airfare or any surcharge will be applicable on total tour cost.
Airline like Spice Jet, Indigo, Fly Dubai, Air Arabia, are LCC (Low cost carriers), so no food and water will be served on board.
We will not be held responsible for any delays in airline leading to misconnection of your onward flights. If any airline is delayed or cancelled, our company is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
Notes for Ramadan:

Short dresses not allowed to wear in local market and parks .we are suggesting to take care for clothes during Ramadan period.
Imp note for Ramadan: please note during the Ramadan period shall be no live entertainment in any of the places including desert safari and dhow cruise (liquor not available in desert).
