Payment Policy
Initial deposit – Full INR Portion per person to confirm you're booking with us.
Second Installment- Rs. 30,000/- per person between 15 days of booking date.
100% payment is to be made at least 35 days before departure.
Total Payment in INR as per the prevailing exchange rate on the date on Final payment

34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost
14 Days to 08 Days prior to Departure 75% of the Tour Cost
08 Days and beyond 100% of the Tour Cost
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025
5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and
20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year
(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.
Rate of exchange will be considered only on the day of final payment from www.xe.com + 0.50 Paisa will be charged on the live price as interbank remittance charges.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Tour Leader from Flamingo will be available if the passenger numbers are a minimum of 20 Adults in addition to Local Guide.
Full Payment Will Be Accepted In Indian Rupees.
ROE will be consider on that day at the time of payment.
Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel prices, change in government regulations, taxes, etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Airline Indigo is LCC (Low cost carriers), so no food and water will be served on board.
Room Rates are based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for any up gradation in room categories.
Coach will be with you during your sightseeing only, in your free time we are not bound to serve you a vehicle. For further transportation needed at your free time has to be managed by you at your own cost.
We will not be held responsible for any delay in Airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights.
If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Flamingo Transworld Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
Tap water is not safe in Hongkong. No hotels will provide you drinking water, you have to buy water on your own.
For trade fares and any other surcharge date additional rate would be applicable.

Tour Leader Notes
Comprehensive understanding of history, culture and key attractions, ability to engage the group and answer questions effectively are the qualities that a Flamingo Tour Leader possesses.
Professional services of a friendly and knowledgeable Tour Leader but subject to minimum 20 passengers will accompany the group with the same package.
On the days the group goes for shopping, optional tours and free days, Tour Leader will not accompany the group.
